Tuncer, (sweet much older gentleman) brought out the rock and helped me load it into my truck. Tuncer was a huge help and incredibly nice! He gave me a piece of paper with a QR code so I could submit a survey. Unfortunately the girl who checked me out (blue hair female) did not give or offer me a receipt so unfortunately I'm not able to provide a review/survey (the first question requires a receipt number). The girl was super nice, no complaint, however I wish I had gotten the receipt and I didn't even think about it. So I'm leaving the review here hoping someone at Lowe's will see and give Tuncer kudos for a job well done!

He was very sweet and offered me a water while he waited for me to find a picture of the Christmas tree base i had purchased. We spoke for a bit and he was wonderful. I was told to go to the garden section to get some screws and the lady (i wish i remembered her name) was very helpful. I was given the screws at no cost because i had provided proof of purchase without the screws and as it just so happens as i was looking at other bases, many bases were missing screws and the lady told me that she would look into that. The whole experience was very easy and smooth. Everyone i encountered was sweet. Great customer service.

I saw online that they had something called Quick Dam and went there to pick it up. As soon as I walked in, the staff helped me right away! They knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me pick out the right size flood barrier for my porch. They were a little pricey, but the price was a little less than what I saw on Amazon. Great place and great staff. Will definitely go back if I ever need anything else.
