We went to buy a truck recently and our experience was nothing but excellent and amazing especially while it was raining.. we were taken care of by Cornelius and he gave us the best customer service ever!! Not only was he helping us navigate the truck in the rain but he was clear and consise with the financing and available deals.. he made it very easy to buy our son his first truck and we can't thank him enough for his time and expertise. My son had a good monthly payment and I appreciate all the time given to my family to make this purchase. Everyone needs to come here for their next car or truck!

Came here recently to purchase my daughter's first car. The service we got was excellent. The price was fair, and great negotiation. Total time for purchasing the car was a bit long, but I expected it. I really liked the fact that they took the time to show me a ton of cars and explained everything we needed to know. As well as we got some extra thrown in. Extra warranty what?! The finance guy was great. Although, I know I got to him a bit as ya know, (dad questions) and me reading through everything. lol If you need a simple car look to these guys and see what they have for you.

1 Star for Service / 5 Stars for Sales (Jaycob Gomez) With all the DCT problems with the C8 see picture below and my breakdown I purchased my C8 Corvette on March 8th and had an amazing buying experience thanks to Jaycob Gomez -- he deserves 5 stars. Super professional, helpful, and made everything smooth. But the service department? Complete disappointment. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, and I wouldn't have bothered going if there wasn't a real problem. Instead of actually listening and helping, they talked to me like I was clueless -- super dismissive. The technician's explanation and the service advisor Viktor was the worst part. I highly doubt the test was conducted on Heavy traffic stop and go It felt like they were just making excuses and not taking my concern seriously at all. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely let down. Buying experience: excellent. Service experience: awful. Definitely not what you expect after spending this much money on a car. there are a few concerning issues with the tech's response 1. The tech is suggesting driving technique is causing the issue by claiming you're "dragging the brake" in traffic. This is a common deflection tactic when they can't diagnose a problem. 2. The statement "vehicle not equipped with automatic transmission has dual clutch transmission" is misleading. The DCT is technically an automatic transmission (you don't manually shift with a clutch pedal), just a specific type. 3. The "could not duplicate concern" after only 18 miles of testing is inadequate, especially since DCT issues often appear intermittently or in specific conditions (like the stop-and-go traffic you mentioned) again HEAVY TRAFFIC not hauling ass at the back roads and light traffic 4. im casuing excessive heat to the dual clutch. What this means: The dealership is essentially blaming my driving technique rather than acknowledging a potential mechanical issue. how should you drive in a HEAVY TRAFFIC SITUATION STOP AND GO ? should i just step on the brakes wait like 5 car length to go ? You guys ever driven or live in LA ? sounds really dumb The "must fully release brake pedal from a stop" advice is reasonable for DCT operation, but significant shuddering is NOT normal behavior for a properly functioning C8 transmission, regardless of driving technique

Because this is the person you don't want to deal with

Matt, the service manager gave me a call and handled the situation I had with the service advisor. He was very kind, caring, compassionate, very helpful and took care of the issue that I had and I will come back there again.

Receipt left in car. They used our car to go grab companies lunch. So unprofessional.

My friend and I recently had the most terrible experience here, as Chevy Volt owners, beware! The person who we are addressing this to is Garth Passantino and if you look at other reviews too you will see his name brought up a lot. I went in to repair a warranty issue for my 2017 Chevrolet Volt, and while they did perform the necessary work under warranty, they insisted on charging a diagnostic fee. The reason given was that a code had popped up due to low coolant. However, when I went to pick up the car, I discovered that no such code had actually appeared, and they couldn't even provide proof of the coolant code they claimed was the issue. When I questioned why I was being charged the diagnostic fee if the code wasn't even there, the service rep got visibly upset and unprofessional. He said "we already discussed this", but his explanation didn't hold up since he couldn't show me any proof of the supposed code. Instead of addressing my concerns, he said "I don't want to talk about it anymore. I'm mad that you're not going to pay." This response was shockingly unprofessional and further solidified my frustration with their service. When my dad questioned why he couldn't just top off the coolant himself, the rep said that it could not be done. He claimed the coolant was different, which was not true according to the car manual. When we pointed this out, he just kept saying we were wrong and refused to provide the correct information. He even said "I hope that the liquid is wrong so that the light comes back on and you have to come back". So unbelievable that a grown man was throwing a tantrum over me not wanting to pay for work that is completely covered under the Volts PZEV warranty. To make matters worse, when I got into my car, I found a receipt for In-N-Out that wasn't mine. The receipt was dated on the same day I dropped off my car, 4 hours after my appointment time, and it showed an order for about eight meals. This means they used my car to grab their lunch during my appointment, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. The lack of transparency, poor communication, misuse of my vehicle, and overall unprofessional conduct made this an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better service and accountability from a dealership. I would not recommend this location.

This is a picture of the driver's side strut that broke.

Just to let everyone know, do not buy a used vehicle from them. In Feb of this year I bought a 2010 Nissan Frontier from them, took it for a test drive and all was good at the time. They reassured me that they've done an inspection on the vehicle and all was good and safe. So I purchased the truck believing all was good with it. So one day driving it home from work I got a Service The Vehicle Soon light on, it was the crank shaft sensor that came on so i had to get that fixed, $300 there. and again just driving there was a thud driving home and it turns out that the drivers side strut had broke because it had rusted through, $500 there. I do realize that that a used vehicle is sold "as is" and that there's no warranty. But when they tell you that the vehicle has been inspected and is good to go, you believe them. Now I'm stuck paying for a truck that I don't know if if it's going to get me back and forth to work safely each day. Thanks @HarborChevrolet for misleading me. this is just a warning for future buyers to beware and approach with caution.

They responded quickly, were courteous, and didn't try to tack on a diagnostic fee just to take a look. When I dropped off the car, the technician walked me through their process, starting with the bulbs before moving into any potential electrical issues (which I really appreciated.) It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling. I'll definitely be back for future repairs. Side note- they have the cutest shop kitten. ‍

What followed…read morewas a long, expensive performance art piece about how many times the same job can be done incorrectly. Highlights: Rack and pinion replaced FOUR times. Not "adjusted." Not "revisited." Replaced. Four. Times. And somehow it still wasn't right. Still feels like I'm driving a haunted house, full of surprises. Alternator replacement done with the flair of a minimalist. As in: the car left with one belt installed on a dual-belt system. Someone decided "one belt is plenty!" it's a bold, eco-friendly statement. Experimental? Sure. Functional? Only if you're into spontaneous roadside adventures. And once I decided to replace the belts myself the tensioner was missing from the assembly. Every time I'd take it in for something routine it'd come out with an additional issue. It's like a subscription box, but for mechanical failures. Warranty work that exists mostly as a concept. Multiple issues that were supposedly covered had to be chased repeatedly, re-explained, and in some cases paid for again just to get the car back. If you enjoy learning the fine art of "following up" on work that was already warranted, you'll feel right at home. The real magic is that none of this was framed as uncertainty or troubleshooting. Each visit came with confidence. Confidence is doing a lot of work here. At a certain point you stop being frustrated and start being impressed. Four rack-and-pinion attempts suggests either: 1. a deep commitment to learning by repetition, or 2. a philosophical rejection of "fixing" as a concept. Either way, I now know more about my car than I ever wanted to, which is great, except I paid someone else to know those things. If you enjoy returning to the same shop repeatedly to fix the same problem while being told this time it's definitely sorted, you'll love it here. If you want your car repaired correctly the first time or even the second time, and have warranty work honored without a prolonged correspondence, I'd recommend literally anywhere else. Including YouTube, a flashlight, and a ratchet set.
