    I bought my Tahoe in 2022 with Jesse Mancilla. He was the best! Then I needed an upgrade and traded in my Tahoe and he was able to work his "magic" and got me in a brand new 2026 Chevy Silverado 1500. He is the best hands down! Makes car buying so smooth and easy. No wonder he has an award for his Excellency in car buying. He also builds relationships with his clients as well. Go see Jesse for your car buying needs.     So, this is my first time taking my car for service here. I purchased my vehicle in another chevy location. My check engine light came on with under 30,000 miles. I came here since it was the closes to my home. I made an appointment with a gentleman named Armando for 7:20am... I got there at 7:05 since I was going into work at 8am. I didn't not see the gentleman till 7:30am with coffee in hand and still asked me to wait. Told him I was already waiting for a bit. I told him needed to get going. Asked if he was able to move on with the service. He did. Later that day since I have the chevy app i checked and I seen that my car was done the same day... no check engine light on any longer but also no call or update about my car from the service department... I was the one that had to call the next morning, they asked me for the name of the person that helped me, i said Armando. The lady in the phone came back and mention that he will call me in 15mins that was getting the final paperwork done. He did not bother to take my call. This call was made at 8:30am and i did not get a call back at all all that morning... i called back at 2:11pm and now the lady mentions it was ready... why did he not call me back.. not sure. Why did he call me when it was done.. not sure either. This is not the way to treat someone. It is very unprofessional to have someone waiting then come 10mins later with a coffee in hand and then asked them to wait more... I gave attitude yes but I was never disrespected. I felt disrespected since he did not care for my time. Finally then picking up my car the car I asked to see where it was. The person that gave me the keys said to just click on my car key to check. They didn't even know. So I did and seen it was still half way on the lift. With not even a courtesy car wash.

    My first vehicle was purchased here in 2019 a Chevrolet impala. LOVED THE CAR. It was time for an upgrade so I went in looking for Raz, who took care of me years ago with my impala but he wasn't in. So, Jesse Mancilla helped us out. 10/10, very patient, attentive and helpful!!! Made car buying extremely easy for us. He did his best to get us the BEST deal on our 2025 Chevy TRAX and he was successful. Thank you Jesse. Will definitely recommend people your way!

    I had George cheverlot take in my cheverlot Camaro for repairs after it got stolen and they didn't fix it right! I spoke to Jim the service manager threaten to lease my car and resell it at the dealer because I was telling him to take responsibility for damaging my car more and almost ending my life for not installing everything back how it was suppose to..... Until this day they took my situation as a joke and nothing got resolved Almost crashed because my horn didn't work and had to swerve into the carpool lane .... Jim and the service center said it wasn't there fault even tho they got paid to fix and repair my car .... Never going there again !!!!

    Terrible experience with the Service department. I had my 2018 Malibu towed here when it died on me. The engine and turbo needed replacing, cost was $9K nine thousand dollars. Luckily we have Ally insurance and we were covered. When I go to pickup my car, I notice my tank is empty. While it wasn't full when I brought it in, it definitely wasn't empty. When I brought it up to Lucas the service rep, he did and said everything he could to NOT do anything for me. Considering they made a $9K dollar sale off my vehicle, I felt this shouldn't be a big deal. Lucas' reply was "We only drove it 10 miles, so...". After standing there in silence and realizing that he wasn't going to do anything I just left. Three days later my engine light comes on and Im getting reduced power. I take it back in, the catalytic converter needs replacing, that too is covered and replaced. Again, I go for the pickup. The service guy drives it up. I get in to see a warning on the dash menu saying my rear passenger side tire is at 6% air. I check the tire and its flat to the rim. I mention it to the valet and he drives it back to put air. I find Lucas to tell him this is unacceptable, but just like the situation with my empty gas tank, he gave ZERO FUCKS. He looked at my tires and said they needed replacing and said there is nothing he could do for me. I drove down the street to Ramirez Tire Shop and they found a piece of metal jammed into the tire causing a slow leak. They patched it and I moved on. But when the dealer drives my car and uses gas, then drives over a nail puncturing my tire and takes no responsibility for it is just unacceptable. Buyer beware!

I came in with an issue on my 2023 HR-V involving the Honda Sensing safety systems, and all three of them went above and beyond to help me. They listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was taken care of at no cost, even though my warranty had expired by time. Crystal, Aaron, and Abe were patient, professional, and truly cared about helping me feel safe and supported. Their kindness and excellent customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you all for your honesty, respect, and dedication. I'm very grateful for the way I was treated, and I highly recommend this dealership because of people like them.

    I've been at this dealership 4 times already for an ongoing issue with the quarter glass molding…read moresticking out on my brand new Civic Hybrid. On the first visit, it took them 6 hours just to get an advisor to look at the vehicle and determine the molding needed to be replaced and they are going to order a new molding. The second visit, it took hours just for the glass company's to come out and do the installation. They did a poor job and left all the glass inside instead of cleaning it up. The issue was still not fixed. So we had to come back a 3rd time to complain about the issue not being fixed and they ordered the part. On the 4th time back, the glass company did another reinstallation, and was deemed a manufacturer defect from Honda. Mind you American Honda Motor Co. has already been contacted and will not take accountability and accept it is a manufacturing defect because the dealership is saying it is not. This dealerships outsources their glass replacements and work with an incompetent subsidiary in the city of Bellflower instead of doing glass repairs in-hourse or have the repairs done by a certified Honda tech advisor. Norm Reeves states that they have already ordered a brand new molding part 2 times and when the issue remained unresolved, they threw their arms back and said there is nothing they can do further except have me open up the claim with American Honda Motor Co. Because of the glass company's incompetency and Norm Reeves & AHM refusing to take accountability, I contacted my very own glass company, who stated it is indeed a defect and found out for us that this glass company scratched the molding and attempted to cover it up with primer. I would rather work with them moving forward. I worked with Thanh Sabatier, Service Team Lead, on the initial order, then it was escalated to Kevin Harris, Customer Service Manager, then Michael Vasquez, Service Department Manager, all whom were not able to assist me in anyway. Shame on you Norm Reeves. Do better.

It's been extremely frustrating and unproductive. I purchased a used Tesla from this dealership, and the vehicle qualifies for the Used Clean Vehicle (EV) Tax Credit--and I qualify as well. I'm simply trying to confirm whether the dealership is registered with the IRS Clean Vehicle Program and whether the required time-of-sale report was submitted, which is necessary for me to file my taxes. This should be a straightforward question, yet I can't seem to get a clear or knowledgeable response from anyone. For a large, well-known dealership, the lack of communication and understanding around the EV tax credit program is disappointing. I expected much better follow-through and customer support, especially on something this important and time-sensitive. At this point, I'm just looking for accountability and a clear answer. I hope someone from management reaches out and helps resolve this.
