I think it was fairly priced at 14 dollars. The staff was very friendly and kept the line moving fast. They have a few tables indoor with tables in the front and back outside. We also bought the bags to go apple picking in the back. It was very nice being able to go apple picking without the crazy crowds. The bugs were a bit crazy because of the rotten apples on the floor but that is to be expected. This is my new go go apple picking spot out east.

Again, so much for the "fresh", "super-sweet" advertising! I would avoid these larger stands and find the smaller ones that harvest daily and do not sell old produce. Some of the larger ones also bring in products that are not local, so there is no real way to verify the "local" claim. The Barnyard Adventure is a paid area ($28.95 per person on weekends), but with eight acres packed full of things to do, it's worth every penny. The highlights for the kids included getting up close with a variety of farm animals, a trike track, sports zone, and multiple playgrounds, pig races, a musical hayride ... there truly is something for all ages. The atmosphere is lively, especially with those pig races and musical hayride tours. My niece and nephew were totally engaged from start to finish. There are plenty of food stands throughout the property with the classic farm favorites. Apple cider donuts (my personal fav), popcorn, ice cream, and coffee stands for the grown-ups. Speaking of adults, a huge bonus is the vineyard right on the property. I treated myself to a glass of rosé to enjoy while the kids played, which was a nice addition. It does get busy, but the whole setup is well organized that it does not feel too crowded. Barnyard Adventure is one of those rare places that charms both kids and adults, making it a perfect fall or weekend family destination. You can walk across the fields, picking at your perusal without really bumping into anyone. Pumpkins will run 79c per pound but no entry fee required! This is the farm that used to do the "all you can carry" but things have obviously changed in 2020 and dogs are also no longer allowed. Now that we're all upset; we know why it's a 3 star review. The plot is huge and goes on forever. Even through covid; family's flocked to the farm to pick up their pumpkins & hay stacks. We walked through with masks even outside and at a 6ft distance. The disappointment this year was the crop. It took forever (even though we hit the farm first week of October) to find a pumpkin that wasn't already rotting. Something is either in the water; like they drowned or animals ate them or too much hand sanitizer! I have no idea but as we turned them over they had holes & dings, cuts and sad spots all over. We accumulated a bunch of pumpkins all different colors which was nice that they have an assortment of gourds and textures. Damaged or not we picked what we could. Some rotted within a week from too much damage but the pics were fun to take and my mom actually enjoyed trying to find one that wasn't gashed. Lol. The little things in life actually just made me feed back that 4th star.
