A mere 4 small pieces of vegetables and 2 small pineapple tidbits. That's all

Will never return. Horrible food. I ordered a dinner sized sweet and sour chicken and an order of crab rangoon for carry out. When I got home I had brown rice, which I did not ask for and NO sweet and sour sauce. I called the store and went back to pick up sauce and white rice. They were apologetic but that is the only thing they did right. When I opened the chicken I found basic tempura chicken, which I could buy at any grocery store. I had 2, yes TWO one inch pieces of green pepper, 2 of the same size onion pieces and 2 pineapple tidbits. Really??? Picture attached. When I opened the small container of sweet and sour sauce I was shocked. The container was half full but there was sauce up the sides of the container, like some was poured out! The crab rangoon (sorry no picture. I threw it our) was very undercooked. The inside was tough and chewy and it tasted like simply cream cheese and sugar. No way no how was there ANY crab in it. I took one bite and threw them all out. I ate some of the sweet and sour chicken simply because by this time I was starving. Threw out three quarters of it. It was terrible. Save your money. Go to the store and buy frozen stuff and make it yourself because ANYTHING would be better than this place. I have had other happy work from other locations that were a thousand times better than this dump. I will never return, even if it was free. So nasty!

Rice was over cooked and dry. Chicken was plentful but soggy. Its mediocre Chinese food. The same bagged and fried food you get anywhere.

After paying, you take your receipt and choose a place to sit. There are plenty of tables to choose from and the restaurant is spacious! We didn't wait long for our food and picked it up at another counter. Our friends love the Italian Beef Sandwich. Highly recommend it, along with some fries and onion rings. My husband got a hamburger with an extra patty and customized filling, e.g. lettuce and tomatoes, hold the pickles and cheese. I was happy to see a chopped salad on the menu- good sized, lots of good stuff with 2 little containers of dressing. Quite tasty. If you're looking for something between fast food and sit down, Portillo's is a good option.

I also ordered a side of fries and cheese sauce because if you're gonna do it, you might as well do it right!! the restaurant is tidy and welcoming, and the service is friendly and efficient. The only real downfall on this location is how hectic the parking lot is and the chaotic drive-through. And a few things that could use some improvement, the numbers being called out for food are muffled and the music is quite loud. Maybe adding a digital display that tells you what orders up by the number like they do at the DMV

Even for a Saturday night, VERY busy. She noted that she was surprised it was so busy. She ordered their 4 Chicken Fingers with a Salad, which was served with roasted walnuts, and I had their Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. Let's start with the Chicken Fingers. They looked bigger on the menu board - they were actually quite small, with 4 of them fitting in a box which was around 3" x 4". They came with 4 packages of the Chick-fil-A dipping sauce which was kind of sweet. My wife was surprised at the small size of the chicken strips. They were smaller than other places. I had their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with their waffle fries. The waffle fries were very good, nicely salted, and tasty. The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was spicy, but not that great. The breading was pretty plain, and while the chicken was good, it was not WOW - I WANT TO COME BACK good. They have a nice play area, with a place for parents to sit and watch their kids play. The restaurant was nice and clean, and they even had a place to drop unused packets of their various sauces and ketchup and what not. Service was prompt, we ordered, got our order tent, sat at a table, and the food was out in a few minutes.

It was a beautiful day so we chose to sit on the rooftop. What a beautiful view of the city and the river. It was a little chilly with the wind but we endured because of the view. The restaurant itself was not super busy but definitely steady. Every single staff member we interacted with was so incredibly friendly. We felt very welcomed to be there. We shared their Imposter Sandwich (Tofu) and a large order of Tots with the Sauce Sampler. The sandwich was phenomenal! Crispy, flavorful, & large enough to share. Tots were also cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We both left VERY full. My Only complaints/criticism was that their sauces were mostly misses. We only liked 1 or two of the ones we tried. They also don't offer a sauce with any heat. I personally prefer super spicy and really wanted more spice with what was offered. Also as a vegetarian, I never understand how a Tofu sandwich can be significantly more expensive than regular meat sandwiches. That part is always frustrating to me knowing how cheap tofu is. I also do not run a restaurant and do not have intimate knowledge of the overhead cost of things so I am totally ignorant to that part. It just can feel "predatory" because it's the only option for people that dont eat meat. in closing, this place is Awesome! They have amazing food, an awesome location, great staff, and this place would be a good experience no matter the party you came with. I definitely recommend giving DIsco Chicken a try.

Ordered one salad online and it said it would be ready around 6:25, but wasn't ready until 6:40. I was bummed at wasting 15 minutes waiting inside, especially since my order was small, so I wish their estimates and online ordering were better. I probably wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a rush. Once I got the food, though, it was one of the best salads I've had in a long time (technically called the "Disco Greens"). It was delicious so I'm adding back a few stars for that. We'll give it another try soon, it might have just been an off night
