Charleys has always been one of my favorite places for hot and fresh sandwiches. The menu is simple and easy to order. They now have wings along side their cheesy bacon fries and delicious lemonades. The service can take a few minutes but that's because it's being made fresh from the grill so it's definitely worth the wait. The lemonade is kryptonite, especially the strawberry or peach. It's a must for me. The ambiance is like your typical fast/casual chain with a soda fountain machine and condiment area and pretty clean place to sit down and eat. What a gem! We were headed to Minnesota and stopped for lunch. The service was impeccable! The gal At the register made recommendations and was friendly and bubbly. The workers seemed to be enjoying themselves which made the strip mall interior feel festive and alive! We ordered the cheesesteaks and fries. The bread on the Sammy was soft and toasted to perfection! Yummy fillings and the meat was tender. The fries were solid. The lemonade was Amazing! I've been to Philadelphia, had their cheesesteaks....this is the closest that I have tasted in the Midwest. Very quick and quality service. The french fries were very hot and crispy, and all cheesesteaks are served on freshly baked bread. Prices are a bit steep, but that's to be expected in today's economy! Definitely a return trip! read more

It's a hit or a miss here. Sometimes it's good and other times they forget everything on the sandwich. I had this on a Sunday to try it, because I've never had it. Went back the next day and they forgot everything on the sandwich. No onion, no bell pepper, no mushroom. I took it back and they did remake it for me. It's a pretty good sandwich for a quick Philly. Just make sure you check your food before you depart. I'd recommend the original Philly and the chicken Philly. read more

Charley's serves a very plain Philly Cheese-steak sandwich. Very little meat was spread across the bread. Some heated white cheese was spread across the sparse meat. Very plain and very basic with virtually no taste. The service was freaky fast. The drink station was unclean and disorderly. Trash and spilled drinks were present. My ticket was $10.05 for a regular sized sammy and a large soft drink. read more

I love a good, fresh, hot sandwich especially here at Charley's, I always leave satisfied! The staff and service here is phenomenal. I personally love the Philly cheesesteak and bacon 3 cheese, but seriously you cannot go wrong with any of the subs. They usually have a special sub as well. Their fries are the BEST!!! There aren't enough words to describe Charley's. They are hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced, and I'm not talking about one occasion. We've eaten there an average of 1-3 times a week for two her four years now. They are always on top of everything. Super quick, very friendly. We order in the app usually got pick up, our food is ready in under 10 minutes, often under 5. One time my husband picked up the food and they called my cell letting my know "Hey ____ just left and I accidentally gave him the wrong bag/order, does he want to come back or us just remake it another time?" I don't know how they knew my cell or his name but it was kind and considerate. Most places would say oh well and let it be and still hassle me to rectify the issue and get the proper food. read more

They do have chicken and other types of sandwiches that are pretty good. This location does have my one of my favorite guilty pleasure foods, the ranch and bacon fries. These things are like a heart attack waiting to happen, but they are good. The service is what you would come to expect from a fast food type place, and the dinning area has been clean every time I went. Depending on how busy they are really does dictate the level of service you get. Don't expect fine dining or fantastic service, it is a fast food chain after all. read more

Food is great! However, some of the employees were unfriendly and made rude remarks to customers.

Nothing better than hot, fresh sandwiches in a timely manner! Large portion sizes, reasonable prices, without compromising flavor! Overall, I think this place is great. I've been there a few times and always get the chicken teriyaki but recently discovered you can get wraps. I like it just as much on the wrap as on the bread. I've also had the gourmet fries and thought those were well done. I like this place as a little change to all the other sub places out there. I don't mind paying a dollar or two for the better quality that you get at Charley's. read more

We eat dinner tonight and it was not a good experience. #1 We ordered a chicken philly and they made a beef instead. #2 We ordered a drink and requested half lemonade and half iced tea, we were charged .49 for the lemonade !! #3 It was about 85 degrees inside and a girl preparing sandwiches was wearing plastic gloves, she stopped working, removed her hat and rubbed her gloved hand through her sweat covered hair. There was another customer waiting there & they had his sandwich ready but then dropped it on the ground & told him they would make him a new one, they waited a few minutes & I saw them put that same sandwich that they dropped back into the bag & hand it to him!
