I'd recommend for this clinic to put a sign saying "someone is saying goodbye, please keep quiet". I don't know.. it just sucked hearing everyone all happy when I'm grieving my pet that's in pain. Another thing I'd recommend is asking if the owner would like some some alone time with the pet.. would've been nice but the vet tech was waiting to take my piggie after he had passed. The staff seem to really interact with the animals, as can be seen on the lobby monitors and internet webcams. Bring your own bed, food, or let Bow Wow set you up with theirs. Behavior classes are available on an individual basis, and basic grooming and boosters (bordatella is required twice yearly, unlike our vet requires, but they did it for us on check-in) can be done on site as well. An exit bath will have you ready to hug and kiss your fluffy fur baby when you retrieve them at pick up. After big name stores' high prices and vet services which had me barking mad, this has been a dream come true- high quality pet care at a reasonable price!
