Delivery is every week and so seamless, there is even an app to track the status of the delivery. The soups and stews were all so flavorful - I didn't have to season them at all! Cardamom and blood orange are both easily overdone, but not in this case. Extremely well executed. I think the vanilla bean worked behind the scenes to help mellow everything out. Yum. I downed the bottle and returned it (for a cash refund of the bottle deposit) before moving on to my next fermentation destination.

And the chef and her team worked with us on pescatarian and vegetarian options to suit our family. Each meal comes mostly prepared, leaving the final, easy warming steps to us, usually by just popping Pyrex glass containers with the dish into the oven.
