This nail salon is luxury. I was mesmerized with the beautiful decor inside this place. It was like walking into royalty. My only dislike was when I walked inside. One of the guy's was like a vulture. Running up to me telling me to follow him. He never asked me what type of services that I needed. I read some of the reviews after my visit. Wow it's unbelievable how they would treat the customers. So glad that I wasn't treated in that mannered. The nail tech that serviced me was super nice. I was relaxed and enjoyed my pedicure. On that note. I will make sure to update my review on the next pedicure visit. read more

I am a regular customer here. Sara usually does my brows and lashes. Friday sara wasn't feeling well, she was coughing really bad. I got medium cluster lash set. The moment I left my lash lifted, I immediately came back and Sara fixed it. I went home to get ready for my event a few hours later the lash came up again. I called they said come back and Sara would fix it. When I got there Sara was rude and didn't want to fix them. She told me to come back Saturday because she didn't feel well, and she would give me a new set. I have been wearing Lashes for 8 years never had this problem. I went back Saturday and Sara refused to fix my lashes and had Emma to re-glue them instead of a new set. That same lash came up again Saturday evening, and my eye is now really irritated and red. Poor customer service when there is error on their part. I checked my account I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place so the treatment I received was very disappointing. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars. I knew the quality of the experience wasn't going to be the best but I took a chance because I was on a time crunch. The gentleman did the pedicure and it wasn't the best but the whole point was I just needed a polish. He began to do a worse job polishing my toes as I had done the day before when I only had 10 minutes to spare. It was obvious he was new and not ready to take customers for polish. I don't understand why nail shops do this. He wasn't able to even hold the brush to the polish properly. This is a practice that needs to stop because it frustrates both the customer and the staff. read more

If I could provide zero stars, I would. When I went to get a no-chip manicure, the technician used an electric nail filer but obviously did not know how to use it. He filed straight through 3 of my cuticles and almost filed entirely through my actual nail. I now have a giant pink colored groove in my nails that will need to grow completely out. I left the salon bleeding in multiple spots, my no-chip manicure was soft and peeling off, there was nail polish all over my fingers and to top it off, they refused to give me a refund. They offered a "free service next time" as if I will ever return. When I complained, the technician also touched my bleeding wound with his bare (unwashed) hands. read more

I came in with a picture reference with the design I wanted. I sat there for two hours. mind you. no tip or anything since my nails are long. I could've done a better job at home. first time in two years since I've been to a salon for a manicure. this place is cheap for a reason. you get what pay for I guess. will not be back. read more

First time trying out Happy Nails with my daughter and we were very happy with the outcome of my nails. I was a bit confused why they advertise at the mail desk 10% off for first time clients with a yelp or google review, then when I go to pay I'm told it's only Mon - Thur and it isn't advertised as such. That should be much more clear. Also, my massage chair didn't work the entire time which was a bit disappointing, however I appreciated the tech asking several times if I wanted to move. We were too far in to go through that hassle. read more

Every time I get a full set, I have to come back the very next day to fix something. My most recent visit. I wanted an ombré full set, simple right. The nail tech applied way too much product, and when she began filing it was like she was using the wrong nails drill bit B/c the drill was removing the acrylic to which she had to go back and add more. The finish product was lumpy and the three colors to create the ombré were not blended properly. Also once you start liking a nail tech and you call to schedule they no longer have that person. Why can't this establishment keep their staff. read more

I recently had the opportunity to check out Happy Nails and it was truly an amazing experience. I visited this location even after reading the reviews. I went in for a pedicure with Tracey she was truly amazing. The staff greeted me and were super kind and hospitable. This salon is gorgeous, clean and has several stations. The pricing was upfront so I am not sure what the other clients are referencing. The pricing is competitive with other salons especially if your getting nail art and etc. I had a luxury pedicure spa with no chip color and parffin wax it was 70.00 which is pretty normal with other salons. The salon takes walk in and very efficient. I would recommend this salon. read more

This used to be my go-to place for no-chip pedicures because its close to home, they were reasonable and did good work. But after 3 recent nightmares, I am DONE. #1 THEY HAVE MICE! I saw 2 running across the floor there last night. So ladies do not put your coats or purses on the floor because you could wind up bringing home an unwanted pet. (I called the Village today to report) #2 I stopped in for pedi around the holidays. Tina was my tech and I am not exaggerating when I say that my pedicure took 2 HOURS . And it was just a basic no chip ,nothing special so its not like I was being pampered the entire time. By the time it was done, my body actually hurt from sitting in that stupid uncomfortable chair for so long. She literally took a half hour to just remove my polish (which as with all no chip is always drilled off) and didn't even do that great of a job. #3 I went back a few more times and had decent service and went back in 2 nights ago. Sadly I got Tina again. I thought, ok maybe last time she was having "a day". Nope, again, basic pedi took almost 2 hours and I was literally the last customer left and most of the staff had left already. I got home and my toes felt sticky and fuzz was sticking to them so the gel polish hadn't even cured even though she used the UV light (which probably was cheap or bulb was weak). So I had to go back the next night to get it fixed ( I have a full schedule so was irritated that I had to make the time to go back after being there 2 hours the night before). Of course they summoned Tina up and she took me back to redo the polish. She told me to pick a different color since it was probably the polish since it was glitter (which NO-I have been getting gel nails for years on my fingers as well and I know better). I seriously had no desire to even argue-plus honestly I am not too picky about my toes in the winter ) so I picked another. It was literally a polish change and I WAS THERE ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES! Again it took her at leas a half hour to drill off the polish. It was during this time that I saw the mice that I mentioned and I REALLY wanted to GTFO. In the end, it took me 2 visits and almost 4 hours to get a no chip pedi. I don't have time to waste like that. So I am done. As I was bent down to put my shoes on, there was a horrible smell coming from the area around the tub on the chair next to mine. Almost a musty, moldly smell. So needless to say based on what I experienced they do NOT clean anything properly and the place is rather dirty as I started to really look around. They really need to get a good health inspection and I am hoping that my call to the Village will prompt that. read more

My daughter got a pedicure about 2 or 3 weeks ago. She has come here many times had no problems. Well this time she got an infection on her left big toe either due to the person drilling to close to the cuticle or unclean tools. My daughter had seen a couple of doctors and today 7/12/24 she saw a podiatrist. The nail has to be removed. I am extremely upset she is also pregnant. Will not be coming back ever. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. From the moment I sat down it was a horrible experience. I was suppose to receive a no chip manicure and I'm not sure what I walked out with. Had to ask them numerous times to cut the cuticles (which he wasn't gonna do). When I was done my nails looked like a hot mess. I either had nail polish uneven or not covering parts of my nails. When I brought it to their attention they had me sit and wait for over 30 min to try and fix. I ended up leaving and my nails never were fixed. I will never be back. read more

I've been looking for a nail salon and decided to try Happy Nails as it's relatively close to my home. I've been three times and each time was satisfied with the service of the nail technician. I left my third and last visit today with an unsettling experience. When I went to check out the price was slightly higher than my last in which I received the same service so I questioned the difference. A worker at the front, unfortunately I didn't catch his name, tried to explain the difference while he was yelling at a new employee along with being extremely short and obviously agitated with me for even inquiring. I tried to no avail to explain to him that I was a relatively new customer and just wanted to understand what I was paying. I was then with a dismissive tone told to talk to the manager. When I choose a new service provider, ie. nail salon, beautician, I'm a loyal and regular patron along with highly recommending it to others. Not only will I not return but I'll make sure to let others in the community know of my less than professional experience as well. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! They OVER CHARGE AND ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! My latest visit they overcharged for my mani/pedi for myself and my daughters the bill was supposed to be $135, I'm still waiting on an explanation on how they got to $185. There were no designs or anything just simple one color paint for each of us!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Great service and prices. Theresa did a great job on both gel mani and pedi. Will definitely be back!

Purchased a gift card for my daughter for Christmas. They left her sitting in the bowl for over 45 minutes! The next day she has a infection that we have been treating for 2 days now waiting to see the dr hopefully on Monday. I would bring her up there but why ? So the rude lady that runs it can possibly offer us a discount on our next appointment which we will never book ?! Terrible place. Zero stars here if I could! read more

I haven't been to a nail shop in over two years. I finally go & I get a nail lady that doesn't even understand what I want. I asked her multiple times for a small red heart with the initial "H" & didn't get the "H" & got this ugly red heart. I asked for a simple square nail with French tip and the French tip lines are very messy the white wasn't cleaned up right & I paid $75?!! That is outrageous. Also the nails on both the left and right hands don't even seem to be the same shape. The right hand nails are wider than the left hand. I will not be going back to this place ever!!!! I also do not recommend to ANYONE! I wish I can give no stars! The picture doesn't do Justice but zoom in and you can see what I'm talking about. read more

I had to put a star because it won't let me not put something. I must say I am very disappointed in this place. I had been a loyal customer and so was my family. Today however is the last time I go to this place. first of all the price are not up to date on line nor at the place. my daughter is 12 and I asked for the kids price and they said no. that it's 12 and y see then regular price 12 and older. makes no sense to me at all. Then the color my daughter selected did not match her toes w her fingers! Their excuse was that is not them its their supplier. so they know the problem but won't change supplier or at least let the customer know that the colors are not the same!! I will be taking my service elsewhere. Diva Nail spa new place!!! read more

ZERO stars...Hold your money and go elsewhere. Nail tech "Johnnie" did not have a clue what he was doing. Runny blobs, every nail a different shape and length!!! Serving up cocky attitude and poor no- chip manicures. Fancy chandeliers and trendy music do not mean you provide good service. Nails looked okay when I left, just okay! But no complains...got home washed hands and the full polish came off one finger. Returned to get it fixed and the "manager" scolded and questioned as to why I didn't know the name or number of the color. He said I need to take picture of nail-polish because these things happen. I've been getting nails done over 20 years and this has never happened. Not upset because the polish fell off, the customer service is awful. Update: another nail peeled off- the quality is awful. Two stars only because I love my nails (dip powder manicure) The decor in the place is very elegant and beautiful however the gentleman that did my pedicure did not do a great job, I had to ask for him to use the tool that resembles a cheese grater. I left and realized there was still dry dead skin on my heels and not to mention the price of the pedicures are more pricey than normal nail salons. 28$ for a basic pedicure. So I went back in and waited over half an hour for the same gentleman to fix the shitty job he gave me and while I was waiting the manager or owner overheard me talking about the chipped polish to someone else who had the same issue with the same male and loud talked me by saying "that's not his fault. Get no chip on your toes, we no have time to fix it" I am very upset and feel as if a lot of my time was wasted and I feel disrespected. I will not be back. read more

First time going to this spot. I called yesterday a day before to schedule appt for 10:30am. They told me $60 and above depending on tech. I was surprised they got me in fast with tech as i arrived at 10:36am so kuddos there! The tech Lyly was nice however I wanted a pink and white full set. She proceeded to push pink powder with gel white polish. I had it before and it's cute but I wanted the pink and white powder as that's what I asked for. I figured she didn't really understand or it was extra work she didn't want to do. I wasn't gonna argue or make a stink so we proceeded. She spent an good hour for the full set and they came out nice square French tip short. When the guy came around and ask for feedback I was honest and her demeanor changed but at this time my nails were completed. Was I satisfied yes, was this what I asked for no and tip, customer service goes a long way for me. I got this coupon from their website 15% off new client special that you could redeem for 1st time customers however when presented they seemed confused and therefore couldn't accept however if I wrote review I would get a percentage off which I did with QR code also I used cash got more off. The total was originally $55 but with doing the review and using cash it ended up being $49 and I gave $50 cash no tip and I will not be returning or recommending to anyone. I usually go to another nail salon however they are closed on Sundays and 2 of my nails came off and 1 was very loose( after 3 weeks) and I couldn't wait another day and was desperate so I came here. At the end of the day customer service in giving what the client wants and also honoring coupons discount on your very own page is super vital and if these simple things aren't followed you lost me a continuing paying loyal customer! read more

I HAD long natural nails, and got an acrylic overlay. After they applied the acrylic they proceeded to file my actual nail from the bottom and completely damaged my natural nail. I grew my nails out for months for them to lose their length in seconds. Some had V cuts where they were only filed from the middle. I called to ask if this was normal and the manager responded with "we're busy right now" and hung up. This place is a literal sweatshop with unprofessional staff. read more

Absolutely the WORST nail salon with the WORST nail techs in history! My teenage sons took me for Mother's Day to treat me to a suprise mani/pedi. I asked for a French pedi/mani and David proceeded to paint my nails completely white. Then when I corrected him, he just painted the tip and I had to request that the pink clear layer as well as the top clear coat layer of clear be added. He did not apply cuticle oil until after it was mentioned. 1 day with the mani/pedi and the polish was coming off and I believe that's due to the fact that he continually added acetone to the bottles to thin out the polish. I truly appreciate my sons but this was a total waste of money. I would not recommend anyone spend another cent in that place. COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.
