My last visit recently, I was relaxing a bit and felt my cuticle sting a bit. Typically I am good keeping up w the cuticle care at home(!), yet I held my hand up to notice and was a bit disappointed Katie gave a quick "sorry" but let it be and did not bother to dress it or put gauze, let alone her acknowledging the error from the jump would have gone over far better. Some time went on and I moved my hand w her shaping my cuticles to prevent that error from happening again and she told me curtly twice to not do that. ( im familar with slo speed drills and acrylic burs im a dental assiatant and use that drill for making temporary crowns all the time).
