Loved my visit to Nina's Nails in Belfair. My two daughters and my granddaughter joined me Sat July 11th for a pedicure and a nail polish. Gem went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Her staff is always friendly and helps with any questions or concerns you may have. The place is always clean and inviting. I've been going to Nina's for years and it continues to strive for the best service to their customers. Gem is amazing!! I've been going to Nina's for a couple years. No problems. The sign on front of store says "walk ins welcome". As of lately when I go in to request a "fill" I am asked if I have an appt. When I say no I am asked to make an appt and come back later. I don't live that close. The price list on the wall says a fill is 38.00. I have been paying that since I began going there. The other day when I was paying she stated $42.00. I questioned her and was told "because I waited longer than two weeks to get a fill the price is 42.00". I have never been told that before nor have I ever heard of that.!!!! read more

Not sure yet...I'm finding some little things that are bugging me. And my toenails got all smudged up because she put my slippers on instead of my flip flops. So I painted them myself, over the smudges. I spent almost 100 dollars and feel like my nails and toenails should be perfect!! A little disappointed for sure. read more

Nina has a beautiful shop and a very professional customer-oriented staff. When my daughter from London visits Bellingham, we always go to Nina's. my daughter says Nina's salon is far nicer than any she has been to in Europe. I called ahead and asked if they had time for a dip. They said they could but as soon as possible so they could go home early to avoid snow (which was expected to start 2 hours later and at their closing time). Tech rushed, only put one layer of color powder on my nails and it was hardly visible. She hit my fingertip twice with the drill, causing my finger ti bleed. My nails are now a variety of lengths and look terrible. She seemed annoyed that I was there and repeatedly looked at the clock. It felt like I was a bother to her and an inconvenience. I have never considered myself to be picky, but it's a good thing I can get away with wearing gloves for the next few weeks or until I take my business elsewhere and don't have horrible looking nails. For $60 I will take my business anywhere else. Zero stars. Would not recommend. read more

I've been a client here for 15 years! They do a fabulous job, and work very hard to please. Nina does the best white fill, as well as lashes, and Tina does an awesome Pedi. I've noticed that they all do a very nice job, and their clients leave happy. I brought my daughter and her friend here in the summer for a special occasion, and we all did the deluxe pedicure, which was amazing! Be sure to leave a nice tip! read more

Nice people. Decent work (I came with my wife, this being my second pedicure ever).. Didn't enjoy trying to relax while the woman who worked on my wife's pedicure tell us (for 10+ minutes) why we should get the Covid vaccination.. I think that in itself explains enough for most. read more

I made an appointment to get a set of acrylic nails. They were able to accommodate me right away. When I entered the salon, they had posted that acrylic nails were $50 and acrylic with gel was also $50. They gave me nail colors to choose from. I choose a color and they proceeded with the new set of nails. The work was done very well and was done in a timely fashion. However, when I went to pay for the nails they said it was $60 for the nails. When I asked why, they said that it was because I had gel nail polish. I said that I was never told it was an additional cost and those were the nail colors I was given to choose from. Then when I pointed out that their posted prices said $50 for a set of gel acrylic nails they then changed and said that it was because my nails were long that they charged me an extra $10. I'm really tired of nail salons having hidden cost not telling you anything until it's time to pay for your bill. For that reason alone I will not be returning. You did good work, but you were dishonest. That just does not work in the economy. read more

Typically, I travel to Kitsap, Gig Harbor or Olympia to get beauty services done. I decided to try Ninas after I read several reviews about how wonderful they are. My first mani/pedi was phenomenal! Nails and toes lasted forever, looked great, massage for pedi was amazing. So- I went back for a pedi. Well, the massage was horrible- but I let that go... after a day my polish on my toes started chipping off, my feet looked dry and my heals hurt from the cheese grater tool they used. I was so sad I spent $30, including tip, on a pedicure that looked like garbage! read more

Just went in a few days ago for a pedicure & I now have some kind of infection on my toe. I've been soaking with epson salt & using an antibiotic cream.. it seems to be staying the same & not getting worse but it's very red & swollen. I do not recommend going here. I'm a very clean person & work in the medical field & my toe was just fine going in. & I knew the day after something wasn't right as it was throbbing in pain. Avoid coming here. read more

The only reason I'm giving Nina's Nails two stars is because I have been going there for years. I pretty much grew up at Nina's. I'm writing this review because I simply can't stand their attitude. They're rude and almost unwelcoming. Every time I go in to get my nails done they turn out bad (uneven, messy, and my cuticles are always never done right). I was once scammed into giving them more money than original because I called into get a fill and they charged me for a full set, I had asked them why they charged me for a full set when I had only gotten a fill. They charged me a whopping $75. I was livid. They never gave me a refund! I'll never go back to that place. read more

I was in Belfair for a wedding a couple of weeks ago and asked a friend where I should get may nails done. She sent me to Nina's and told me to ask for Nina. When I got there they were really busy and I didn't want to be a pain (or to wait a long time) so I just went with whoever was available. I got "V" (Vi? Vee?). She was friendly, helped me find the right color since what I was looking for wasn't on the shelf, her sanitation practices were excellent, my nails (toes and fingers) turned out great, and she has an adorable smile to boot. BTW, my fingernail polish stayed looking nice much longer than usual. Very good experience. Thank you! read more

They have no price list.....Reusing nail implements, they were just sitting in a pile on the nail station. Nail station was dirty/dusty. I asked her to clean it off and she said it was because of the old you're acrylic???' They don't use that kind anymore??? Made no sense as to why there was other folks nail dust all over station. She dusted out off with an old brush that was full of powder, getting all over me. In the back where the bathroom was was filthy, with old couch and mattress. Kids Not recommended read more

When I went there the salon was dark, dirty and had a funky, moldy smell. The technician was abrupt and rough on my nails and I had to take my nail polish off myself! The entire nail fill process took about 10 minutes and was very sub-par. When the tech painted my nails she didn't use a base coat, she didn't file or shape my nails and didn't do any cuticle work.
