I definitely enjoyed my experience with Lisa at bloomin nails. I called on a Saturday and she was out of town-- I left a message because I wanted to schedule a fill after trying all the other local salons and being disappointed in one way or another. I was bummed when I got a message machine... But thought hey!? Why not! Leave a message... I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text message from Lisa herself apologizing for missing my call and if I had already gotten my fill to please think of her in the future.. I thought, wow! How nice. So i decided to see when she could get me in. Upon arrival.. The shop was a little hidden but after one loop around the block I found her nicely labeled private parking for her business.. (I had driven by it)... Walked in to a small...but nice and clean salon... It is a more intimate experience-- just you and Lisa. She offers you coffee, tea or water... And has the works for you right there to choose from.. Which is an appreciated touch. There wasn't a ton of nail polish colors to choose from but there was enough and I found the green I wanted. This is where my already good experience turned great. Lisa was not just friendly but relatable and warm. she makes you feel like you're old friends. Her nail work for my fill was spot on and she understood exactly what I wanted. Her passion is nails (which she does well).. But even better than that, I think her passion is people. There is something special about Lisa that you just love within a few minutes of chatting. I could sit and talk to her all day. Genuine conversation and good nails..... The whole salon was clean and sanitary which is something very much lacking in other local salons. She speaks English... And is professional yet relatable-- which is so hard to find elsewhere. I came here a few months ago to see if I wanted my wedding nails done here. Kelly made my nails exactly how I wanted them to, so I booked an appointment with her the day before my wedding. That Friday morning, one of my finger nails broke and I was panicking that my nails were going to look awkward in the photos. Kelly was able to come to my rescue and used some special gel polish to create a fake nail. It kind of started to break off the following Sunday, but all I cared about was how they would look in wedding photos, so I was extremely happy with the result. I highly recommend going to see Kelly. She can have a fun conversation with you and you get to hang out with her dog while getting your nails did! I would definitely come back here! read more

I had such a great experience with Bloomin' Nails doing manicures and pedicures for my bridal party at Lost Mountain Lavender Farm! My bridesmaid from out of town wanted a chance to see the lavender in bloom and I told her I wasn't sure when we'd have time since we had to get our nails done Friday morning. She arranged for Lisa and her staff to come to us and set up on the lavender farm and it worked out fabulously. We got to picnic with mimosas and take turns getting worked on. I've been to Bloomin Nails twice and both times I saw Kelley Kramer. She is amazing! Last week she gave me my first eyelash extensions. It was a long process, but she made sure I was comfortable throughout it all and I love them!! Today, I had a pedicure and gel tip manicure done. My nails look great! I called to see if I could get an appointment...I just needed a regular manicure. Lisa was able to work me in within a couple hours. Her shop is small, intimate, warm, inviting and clean! Lisa has a great warmth, about her and immediately felt at home! This manicure is probably one of the best I have had in a long time. Kelley makes getting a mani/pedi and brow and lash tint a joy. She doesn't rush, really focusing on her work, yet remains relaxed and easy to talk to. I prefer getting a shiny buff instead of polish, and Kelley isn't satisfied until my nails are gleaming and healthy looking. I'm new to brow and lash tinting, but Kelley does a meticulous job and goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort. I got my nails done for the first time at this salon with Lisa. In all, I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was offered water, coffee or tea before we started. Lisa was very friendly and genuinely cares about your nails. She took her time, gave me nail advice, and suggested what was best for me, yet still doing my nails to my liking. I needed a pedicure while on vacation and turned to Yelp for assistance. Although Bloomin' Nails didn't have many reviews, I thought I would give it a shot. I called for an appointment and within a few hours, the owner, Lisa, called me back and was able to fit me in on the day I wanted. Her salon is easy to find, with a sign hanging outside and two dedicated parking spots out front. Like some other reviewers said, her salon is small but it was nice to be the only customer there. Lisa is extremely warm and friendly. She offered coffee or tea and then went to work. She is so easy to talk to that the hour just flew by! The pedicure was great as well! Lisa is very meticulous and wasn't too heavy handed with the heel scrubbing like some other nail salons I have been to. She has a lot of nail polish colors in the red/pink family, but not so many in other shades. This didn't bother me as I brought my own polish. If I lived here, I would definitely be a loyal customer! read more
