NEW MANAGEMENT THIS YEAR. I think it is important to acknowledge old reviews were under old ownership. Li-Li is very sweet and accommodating, as well as her team at Nail Center. I've been to all the walk-in salons in this area and these folks are consistent and quality! I'm particular about my natural nails because they grow long and I need techs that know how to handle real nails. They do a great job, and turn out some super cutsie nail art. I always get gel. :) They offer all the beverages, just ask! The Vietnamese coffee is very tasty. I normally wait after a few visits for nail reviews, so I'm basically a regular now. read more

Meh. Not terrible, but not a great value. Went here with my daughter and my tech kept leaving me to check people out etc. Some of that is OK--I get that they have a small business to run--but this was excessive and I didn't get the same level service as others, but was charged the same. They left my daughter's nails so lumpy after removing gel that she had to skip color and get one layer of clear. Again, no discount for the reduced service. Seemed like others had a better experience. read more

The pedicure itself was decent, but the customer service was FAR from great. She was so aggressive and rude from the moment I walked in till when it was time to check out. I've been working in the beauty industry for over 10 years and I've never left a negative review right after a service EVER. She made everything extremely uncomfortable. I will never return to this place. Go at your will, you may have a better experience, but being a black brown woman, this is not the place for me. read more

I've received gel manicures for years, well worth the time and extra price knowing my nails would remain beautiful for weeks. I gave this place a try for the first time 5 days ago, spending $45 for a gel manicure. Today there are 6 chips in the tops and sides of my nails, NOT evident of a professional gel manicure! I really wanted this place to work but sadly they failed. read more

I have a nail spot I regular but have been feeling they have been lacking on the cleanliness so I tried this new spot Nail Center Spa. Upon walking in I was immediately welcomed and noticed how clean it was. Nice relaxing music no TVs. Which I feel like salons have gone away from the "spa feel" which is unfortunate since our lives are only getting busier and it's nice to just RELAX. I only got a regular pedicure for $30 although they have a upgraded $40 and $50 pedi, maybe for a special occasion but I am not spending that on a normal pedi. The chairs were very comfortable. Didn't feel like the massages chair was punching me so that was nice. Ha. I would definitely come back. read more

I am so incredibly disappointed. I got a gel polish manicure and pedicure today and my nails look terrible. They are rough at the edges and are catching on everything, one even put a run in my blouse. There is gel on my cuticles and it is peeling the manicure at the edges. The paint looks messier than a manicure I would do at home. I have never had a manicure with gel polish that didn't even last one day. My pedicure looks nice, but no attention was paid to my heels (and my dry winter heels was the reason I was getting a pedicure to begin with) and they are rough and not soft at all. I wasn't able to feel them when they were being done because my manicure was being done at the same time. I was the only person in the shop so it wasn't because they were pressed for time. I wouldn't have let me walk out the door looking like I did. I have no intentions of returning to this shop and certainly won't recommend it to any friends. It is now day two and three of the nails with polish that overlapped my cuticles and skin have peeled up considerably exposing my bare nail. I cannot run my fingers through my hair without it catching underneath the poorly placed polish. I paid an extra $10 to have gel polish which I chose so my manicure would last longer and instead it is lasting far less. I am going to have to go to another salon now and pay this money all over again to have something presentable. read more

They had to re do my toes twice, cut me, I've never had my toes done so bad.. literally the nail polish was everywhere on my toes and cracking it looked horrible. They still charged me full price after doing my toes wrong. Then I paid for the delux pedicure (me and my friend) that said it came with wax they didn't do the wax and barely massages and didn't take out any ingrown nails. I am not happy and will go to G nails like usual. read more

Terrible time and after talking with friends, I'm not the only one. 1st my lady cut my nails super short without asking, then proceeded to change the whole nail shape that I walked in with...again without asking. I noticed right away what she was doing and the damage had been already done to my big toe. She then put my gel color on and the last minute, "noticed" the color was bad and had bubbles in it. What??? How did you just notice? Gave me $5 discount for the mistake and I had to come back the next day for a color change in which I had to wait 30 mins after my "appointment"....Will never set foot in there again. read more

Was hoping to find my new go to pedi place but definitely will pass this place in the future. Walked in and there were only two other people getting their nails done, so I figured it would be a good experience because they weren't busy. Was told to check in on the tablet, which was really confusing to use. Anyways, I selected a upgraded pedicure and picked my color and waited about 15 minutes before being seated. The pedicure took about 10 minutes. No foot or leg massage, nothing extra even though I paid $15 more than a "basic" pedicure, and got one thin layer of color polish on my toes, which was basically invisible because I chose a lighter pink color. I stopped in for a pedicure today on a whim. The place was super clean and inviting, plus is huge for a nail salon! I was greeted by a very nice man who gave me a list of options, all available on their swanky touch screen system and I made my choice. I was started right away in a very comfortable chair and he ran the water, explained the process and offered me water, coffee or tea. Within a few minutes a very sweet lady came over and gave me a great 5 step pedicure complete with paraffin wax, which felt amazing! She spent a little over an hour with me and did an amazing, super detailed job. Even down to the polish which looked great when I left. I could have been happier and I'm sure I'm no time they'll be booked up if they keep up this level of service. You could tell that not only were the people working happy to be there (cause let's be real, that's not always the case...) but that the owner was present and involved. Which I love to see.
