She wouldn't even let me switch out the goat cheese for cheddar cheese. Needless to say, service was not the most accommodating or helpful. My lunch date ordered the chicken and waffle and gave it a 4/5 rating. The chicken was crispy but the waffle was more on the dense side. The biscuit was also dense, more so than fluffy. It was baked golden brown and had a slightly crispy exterior which was the best part. The inside didn't pull apart into delicate layers. Instead, it crumbled when I forked through it to get a piece. I'd give it a 4/5 rating. I thought the shitake mushroom gravy was very good and give 5/5. I'm just happy they make a vegetarian-friendly gravy.
