The guy (I didn't get his name unfortunately) working the counter was also so nice and knowledgeable about what services were needed with his coat condition and style of cut. Drop off and pickup were super quick and easy and you can tell they're kind with the animals. We'll be bringing Douglas back for sure :)

Robert is hands down the best groomer I have ever had work with my pet. He is extremely friendly, professional and very skilled at what he does. When we first started using his services, he would take time to make sure he understood the type of cut we wanted and if he needs to make modifications, he lets us know right away.
