Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The sign-up list showed that there was only one party of three ahead of us, but we were still seated after the party that signed up after us. We were told that a two-person table had become available for the smaller party, but the communication could have been much better. Once we were seated, I specifically asked our server if I could order pho instead of eating the BBQ, and he told me yes and that the pho would just be added to the bill. When we went to pay, however, they still charged us for an additional BBQ person even though I did not eat any of the BBQ and had ordered a beef pho bowl instead. If the rule is that everyone at the table gets charged for BBQ regardless of whether they eat it, they should have a big, clearly visible sign explaining that, and the server should have told us when I specifically asked. To make things worse, when we had questions at checkout, we were told our server had already left. No one ever told us he was leaving or that another server would be taking over our table. It's unfortunate because the pho here is actually good, but my family said the BBQ was bland, there weren't many options, and there were very few side dishes. Based on our experience, they should just get rid of the BBQ altogether rather than continue offering a bland, limited option with a confusing pricing policy. Between that and the poor service, we will not be coming back. This type of experience is definitely going to cost them customers.

I recently discovered this amazing Asian fusion gem, and let me tell you, it's a flavor explosion you won't want to miss! From the tantalizing Thai tea to the mouthwatering teriyaki, chicken, and orange chicken, this place has it all. First things first, let's talk about the Thai tea. It's simply divine! Creamy, rich, and perfectly sweet, it's like a little taste of heaven in a cup. One sip and you'll be hooked! Now, onto the food. The teriyaki here is out of this world. The chicken is tender, juicy, and glazed with a scrumptious teriyaki sauce that hits all the right notes. It's a harmony of flavors that will leave you craving more. And let's not forget about the orange chicken, oh my goodness! The crispy, golden chicken, coated in a tangy and slightly sweet orange sauce, is a flavor sensation that will have your taste buds doing a happy dance. Aside from the incredible food, what sets this place apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owner and their family. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable dining experience. It's like being part of their extended family! So, if you're in the mood for a fusion feast that combines the best of Asian flavors, look no further. With its amazing Thai tea, delectable teriyaki, chicken, and orange chicken, and the genuine hospitality of the owner and their family, this place deserves all the stars. Don't miss out on this culinary gem! read more

I went in expecting to pay $34.40 (without tax). So I was taken aback when she said my total was $56.95. I noticed a sign on the wall that said due to increase of costs, ALL items will have $3.50 added. Okay that's a lot but everything is going up so I get it. But then when I asked for a menu to take home she wrote $3.75 on the front and said that's how much is added to each item so for me to not wonder why my total was different. Still seemed higher than it should be so I did the math and my total at $3.75 added to each item should have been $49.40 and then I added the 8.25% tax rate so new total $53.48. So I was charged an extra $3.47 on top of the additional $3.75 per item. I know it seems petty to complain but that's shady. Additionally, the food was the most greasiest Chinese food I have ever had in my life. The lady working the front was so sweet though so I gave 2 stars.
