First of all, try their free samples of tea! They had peach and pineapple when I went and we're both amazing. The customer service was also excellent. Both the young man and young woman working today we're extremely polite and helpful. I got the eggplant tempura for the appetizer and salmon dish for the entree and they were both really good. It also comes with miso soup, which is nice. Overall, it was a lot of food and very good quality for just over $10. The service was also fast. The tempura shrimp was tasty. Also had the teriyaki chicken the portions are big. You will take some home. The staff is what I really want to compliment. They had great customer service, but what I saw a waiter do really touched my heart. It was over 100 degrees outside and there was a homeless looking guy sitting outside under some shade. The waiter talked to him with a big smile on his face. The waiter returned with a cold drink for him. This small act of kindness really shows the talent this restaurant has. I've gone twice, and have been disappointed both times. I normally go to Pho King in Visalia - so I'm comparing it to that. First visit during the first week: we had large beef pho and it was really bland. Normally I love to drink some of the broth but it was so tasteless I didn't bother. Blandest pho experienced. That said, the large pho was huge and the meatballs were delicious. So if they can fix the bland broth, they'll have a winner. Pricing was good, too. I had a mango smoothie; it wasn't as good as the ones at Pho King, but to be fair they're only $3. It had more of a watery consistency but the taste was good. It was also a smaller size. The only other con was that it was extremely quiet in there - no background music. Thankfully they fixed that by the second visit. Second visit - last Thursday: as much as I love pho, I really want them to get it right so we went in for a second try. This time they had music playing so it wasn't as awkward in there. However, we were soon disappointed that they were completely out of pho. A pho place out of pho by 5pm on a not busy Thursday evening. So we ordered chicken ramen instead. Compared to their large pho, this simply doesn't fill you up, despite being more expensive. The potsticker appetizer was good and cheap, but it unfortunately didn't come out until they brought out the ramen. I think they only had two people working, because the guy up front was the only person seen. Needless to say, we walked out disappointed after paying almost $20 for some glorified ramen noodles. Hopefully on the third visit they'll have pho available with better tasting broth. That would easily take them to 5/5 stars for me. read more

They didn't have what I originally wanted to get but I was able to find something else I wanted to try on their menu. The pictures can be misleading. They can combine the boboa and smoothie which came out a sweet twist for my peach one but the mango was thicker and a little more bland but it was cold. One main dishes came out before the appetizer. The tempera eggplant and sweet potato could be combined for one appetizer. The food was okay, it wasn't amazing! But it was above subpar. It's good and the price is decent. read more

I went here for lunch a few weeks ago. Food is fresh, and very good. Only downfall is the wait. I only have an hour for lunch and waited 40 Mins before I got my food (spring rolls, teriyaki chicken and noodles). Otherwise I would've given 5 stars. I was excited to eat here because the reviews being from people who claim to come from asian communities , saying the food was great and were above standards. This is one of my favorite places to eat at in Hanford; the prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. The staff--usually two or three workers at a given time--prepare food quicker than other restaurants that have over five employees on hand. The only issue is that it feels awkward when not many other customers are there because the staff watches very closely. read more

My wife and son have ordered other items on the menu and they enjoyed them, but I always order the Pho, when I'm here. Worth checking it out. A great addition to Hanford. Pho is very good. A nice small plate special menu for lunch make for an inexpensive and fast lunch meal. Off menu "house special" is the whole squid with bbq sauce. Squid I love, and although I would rather have some kind of Asian sauce on it than bbq sauce, I liked it. Finally, a place in Hanford to get squid cooked to perfection. read more
