First impression...it was busy. The line ran through the tables since it's a very small location. This place is very average. If you want something fast like Panda but not Panda...this is your spot. The sauces are very sweet for my liking. For the price a the portions were okay...I can get a bit more food in a less chaotic environment at New China down the street. It is a very new restaurant so I will try to give it another chance later down the road when they've been open for a while. read more

Let me just mention that this restaurant is NEW. The lines will be LONG (especially at nights/on weekends) meaning you're going to wait a long time to get your food so don't be expecting fast service. If food items were "sold out", that's because it's a NEW BUSINESS LOL. Staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. This restaurant has a lot of potential! I hope it's here to stay :) What I've tried so far: Orange chicken: Honestly thought it was good! Add some sweet and sour sauce to it & it's even better! Honey chicken: This was good and I really liked that the bell peppers were cooked well. This dish has a kick of spice to it! Butter shrimp: Basically honey walnut shrimp! I thought this was delicious! Chow mein & fried rice: It was your typical base, nothing too crazy. I would choose the chow mein over the fried rice. The day after, the rice was very hard. The portions were pretty great honestly! Most restaurants will skimp out on shrimp, but they packed the Togo container really good! read more

Food was decent, wasn't horrible. Taste like the food you'd get at the buffet. The chow mein portion was a good amount, I feel like the entree amount is like something you'd get at Panda. We went during lunch, the line was all the way to the door. Super busy. The service was ok. The only thing I did not like was that one of the girls was literally touching everything, wiping down the counter of food to the trash. She might have been in charge of filling up the food from the kitchen and packing the bags. She touched the inside of my cup, and grabbing the napkins with the same unchanged gloves (my napkin literally was stuck to her glove when she tried to put it in our to-go bag). When I asked the girl at the register to get me new cups, they looked at each other like I was the one being rude. Be more sanitary please. I get you guys are busy, but change your gloves or wash your hands. read more

This place has been open for about 3 months. My husband and I wanted to finally try it. We went when it opened and there was barely any food. Wanted to walk out, but wanted to try it. Mostly chicken dishes were only out , while the other dishes were getting cooked and lady said it will take quite some time. Well I'm disappointed. Fried rice seems like we were given leftovers of the day before!! Chow mein was ok and Kung Pao flavor was bad for me, chicken tasted undercooked (felt like I wanted to vomit), pineapple chicken was delicious though. I only finished the pineapple chicken and my chow mein. My husband also did not like the kung pao and the fried rice. Service was meh, the lady that served us didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Floor was very wet and there wasn't even safety signs around. By the way there was 3 of us that dined in and was given 1 fortune cookie lol. read more

This is no nonsense "fast" Chinese food. The place barely opened up so walking in we knew what to expect. The line for ordering stretched out the door so we prepared ourselves to play the wait game. In spite of all the people waiting in line the girls working the register and the cooks prepping the food were fast and efficient. If you're looking for an easy, inexpensive, fast and good enough spot to grab some Chinese food, I recommend coming here! We'll be back soon. read more

Came in tonight. It's a Friday. It's dead. The tables are dirty. Service was fast. But they gave me the last of the rice which was very dry and tasteless. The portion is good. The worst part was the employees are so loud laughing making screeching sounds. Won't be coming back. read more

I'm giving 3 stars cause it's still new. So usually I always reserve from going to new places when they've just opened up but we don't have many Chinese choices in town so I was too excited to wait. I ordered a 2 item combo and a 3 item. This was their 2nd day open so they ran out of a lot of items, sadly anything beef was one of them. We did get to have the Orange Chicken, Honey chicken and teriyaki chicken, along with the meal came chow mein and fried rice and surprisingly a drink. My husband wanted steamed white rice but since it was so busy it was gonna be a long wait. The orange chicken was good, no offense I've rarely gone to a Chinese establishment where it wasn't good. The honey chicken was new, I've never had this item. It had red and green bell peppers and sliced carrots with breaded chicken pieces in a slightly spicy honey sauce that was really nice. Definitely will be ordering it again. The teriyaki chicken was very tender but did need to be covered in the sauce to get the teriyaki flavor. Luckily my husband likes the flavor light so he really enjoyed it. The chow mein was good as was the rice. The place was really full and you could see the crowd was taking their toll on the workers. It was noticeable that they were stressed out but I think people/customers forget that the workers are human, tired and stressed on handling a large crowd. I highly do not recommend this place and trust me, I've given this place a couple chances already! I first came when the place barely opened and had a line out the door and I decided to come back to see how the place was doing and it is a complete ghost town! First things first, Food: NEVER FRESH. Believe me when I say, you'll never get a fresh plate from this place. Even when i went, the food wasn't entirely great but now since they don't have any customers, the food just sits and sits for the unlucky person to come and grab. The last time we went, the chicken was actually RAW as well!! Thankfully we were able to spot it before eating but that's a definite bad sign. Service: TERRIBLE! I truly believe the workers are the reason this place is as bad as it is. The owner has other locations in other cities that are SO GOOD and I highly recommend trying those places but not this one! The attitude from the ladies are unjustified and they look at you as if you're the problem and you just walked in! The cooks also seem VERY LAZY as all the times I've gone, they're just standing around looking bored. You can also clearly tell from the lack of fresh food they refuse to cook. Ambiance: BAD! It's a small place so there's not much room but tables are sticky and gross. There's trash everywhere. Another thing I noticed is that the ladies serving the food are wearing gloves but they don't ever change them out. They wear the same gloves to serve food, touch money, touch drinks and lids, and touch their face and hair... so what's the point in wearing gloves if you aren't gonna be sanitary with them?? Overall, avoid this place! Go to the other Chinese restaurant down the street. The food and service is much better!! read more

They're also selling you a Meal with a drink and have no lids so if your ordering to go good luck!
