The biscuits are the southern homemade style that are thick and crumbly, not sweet. I've saved one once to make a perfect strawberry shortcake for two. The duck fat gravy is good, a little watery, but it absorbs well into the biscuits. The breakfast potato fries look amazing and one day I'll try the pancakes. I'm low carbing it right now and I like that I can go in and order eggs and a protein and grab an iced coffee and read.
