First off- super cute place and the good ice cream was delicious!!! The cons, what was all the chopping for if the topping wasn't going to be chopped up too? For $1 extra, two full Oreos were put on the ice cream instead of chopped up pieces. The other ice cream I ordered had the wrong topping. A wonderful experience from this family owned show in West Belleville. They have more flavors than Baskin Robbins did in the day. I have tried the Rose, Sakura, Thai Milk and Taro are my regular favorites. Its SUMMER they have ICE CREAM rolls! Super yum! And for breakfast they have breakfast burritos big enough to feed 2 adults. Great prices, awesome food, WONDERFUL service and caring people. My wife and I love boba tea, her more than me, and the one thing that has been missing near us is a place that serves it. We have been several times since they opened and while a bit shaky at first, it has never disappointed. This is a husband and wife operation with some smattering of high school kids to help out. The choices are ample though for a boba place and have opened the door for expansion by having a solid initial offering. The selection is a mix between the more traditional milk teas and the more fruit flavored iced teas. The wait is a little long, but it's no longer than any of the other boba places in the area. It's worth it because the boba is made to order, which is a rarity anymore. To be honest, it's not something I've ever seen offered in the St Louis area and it really does make a difference. In addition to the fresh boba, the flavors are actually better than any of the other area places. The milk teas are creamy and rich while the fruit teas are bright and pop with flavor. The interior is very simple, and it's fine since most of the business is take out. We have never ventures past the cash registers in any of our visits. They also have rolled ice cream, and while it does look good, it's not something that we have ever tried. All in all this has become a regular haunt in a very short period of time. read more

First I will say the boba is good. Probably one of the best around in the area. Unfortunately the price is really high. 6.99 for a medium, which is truly a small. Then a dollar more for a large which looks like a medium. Second is there is way too much ice in the drink. I had no kidding half ice which means the drink is gone after a few sips. They have a cool machine to shake it up which I think is really cool but it makes for a lot of foam in the cup. My boba was probably 2/3 liquid and a third foam. And finally even with all the foam, it was no where near full. Kinda like a bag of chips that's full of air and not enough Chips. Same thing. Between the ice and foam and empty space, it wasn't nearly enough to justify the cost. It's a shame because it truly is good, but I felt shorted. My daughter and I came into their shop today and ordered the Fresh Taro Boba and the Sakura Rose Boba. We thought we would treat my other daughter with this today for her birthday. We were greeted right away by I assume one of the owners. The couple we spoke to was very nice. But they only had enough Boba for one cup so they made the other with Lychee jelly. It was going to take 45 minutes to an hour to make another batch. So we agreed on the jelly. Which after looking at my receipt they charged me an extra 65 cents. Which personally we should not have been charged. Anyway, we all tasted them. The Sakura Rose, as my daughter explained, "tasted like a candle". I don't know about " tasted" but it had an overwhelming smell of Roses. Then we tried the other one. All you could taste was these jelly worm-like things. The liquid, when you could actually taste it was terrible. It had way too many jelly things in it to even try to enjoy it. It went into the trash. We went past two other Boba shops to come here. Big mistake. I even gave them a tip. If they are going to sell Boba they should at least have it on hand to sell and certainly not charge for a substitute when they run out. read more

Leaving this review after our third visit: all experiences here have been FABULOUS. The staff is kind & efficient. The flavors of drinks we have tried (taro, Sakura rose, Thai milk tea, & BBT) have all been delicious. The boba is fresh & perfect consistency. So thankful for a place like this in our area.
