Truly unhappy with this place. I brought in 8 Birch Lane dining chair slipcovers to see if it was possible to get them cleaned, owner said yes so I prepaid the amount and left. Two weeks later they are ready for pick up and Lord and behold they're ruined. Not only did they shrink but the discoloration that happened is unbelievable. The covers which were once all one shade of beige now have giant white spots over the entire chair on all eight chairs. I was floored and immediately went back to show him the covers to hopefully come to a resolution. Not only did he refuse to refund initially he continued to respond by saying it wasn't his mistake and that the covers were just a bad fabric. I was in there for 40 minutes and we just kept going in circles. Him saying he didn't do anything wrong and me continuing to explain that he was in the wrong and I needed a refund. I would have also wanted money for replacement covers but he was not giving in. Now I am left with a partial refund and covers that need to be replaced and are no longer usable. Really truly disappointed with the service and with how the owner refused to take ownership for his mistake. You cannot run a business like this. read more

This is the second time I've used this cleaner and it's official, the man who runs this business is so rude with horrible customer services. I took my Pottery Barn blinds in with visible marks that I asked to be cleaned and treated. I asked to have my drapes dry cleaned, stains treated and pressed. I got my drapes back 5 days later and sadly, when I got them up they shrink 3 inches and still had visible stains/marks. I went back in the next day in hopes they could re-treat the stains and address the fact that my blinds were now shrunk and the man was so rude and disrespectful. He just kept saying I was wrong, couldn't measure properly and was aggressive when I asked for a refund of my $70 dollars. He pointed at me shouting there are no refunds! These aren't the local, small town business that we should support! I would choose to go elsewhere! read more

I paid $200 for 2 rugs to be cleaned. When I picked them up they were as visibly dirty as when I dropped them off. They said they had steam cleaned them and told me to use a lint roller to clean off the dirt. I suggest you don't pay up front. read more

First off when I called they answered "hello" when I asked if this was happy cleaners he said "yea" in my mind you would sound more upbeat someone is calling your business. I asked how much approximately for a shirt an all I got was "bring it in if you want a price" I replied ok and then they hung up. When I dropped off my clothes, there was a $100 bill in the pocket. I am 100% certain of this. Obviously this was an oversight on my part... but upon arrival a couple days later I asked them about the cash. They blatantly lied and said there was nothing in the pockets. The male employee then yelled and me when I asked if I could see the machine. The money was in my pocket when the pants entered their business, and the money was gone when the pants left their business. I will Big do business again with these shady people. read more

I dropped off a comforter for dry cleaning. When I got it home and put it on the bed it is obvious that they laundered it instead of dry cleaning. All of the fill material is bunched up inside the comforter. I am hoping that it will straighten out over time. So disappointing- I am not sure that they know what they are doing. read more

Their work is fine but their prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! The longer I took items to the cleaners the more I realized THEY were taking MY WALLET to the cleaners! Once I had dropped off a King size duvet, paid for the service and went back to pick it up a few weeks later. Is 3rd time really the charm? The first 2 times I went here to drop off a white dress shirt & some dress pants & asked to have them ready by the next day he gave me such a hard time & charged me extra. I guess it is my fault for procrastinating but still. I've seen a couple dry cleaning places that have "in by 9 out by 4" sign up so IT IS possible to get it done. So this third time I walked into the place at 2pm on a Saturday. There's no door alert "ding" when you come in so all I heard when I walked in was the Korean Drama he was watching coming from his red Sony Vaio. I walk standing there for 5 mins when I finally said "HELLO?!" But still no moving from the guy who is more occupied in watching his tv shows than running his business. Then I tried to re-enter with a "heavy foot" ... yeah that didn't work at all. I tried to bang my keys on the counter but still got nothing. Finally another customer walks in falls in line behind me & he finally gets up from watching his show to help me. I dropped off 2 dress shirts, 2 sports jackets, 1 dress pants & 1 polo shirt = $37.21 (& that's with the 10% discount since I prepaid.) The first 2 times it didn't even look like they cleaned/washed the white dress shirt cause you could see dingy marks on the neck area. It just looked like they pressed it & called it good, smh. I am going to pick up my order above on Thursday since that when he said it'll be ready by even though the receipt said that it'll be ready by Wednesday 8/15, eh whatevs. We'll see how that turns out. read more

Had my jeans waist taken in. They got the size perfect, and the thread matched perfectly... However the stitching was crooked, none of the stitches that were cut to do the repair were removed, so there were thread strings sown in all sloppy, and it looks like the thread is thinner than it should be for sowing jeans. I told the man that the fit was perfect but that the stitching needed to be be cleaned up. Instead of providing customer service he got angry with me and said "the stitching is fine!" I said again the stitching is all over the place. He started cutting loose threads and pulling them out angrily and said the "the stitching is fine that messy stitching was done by the manufacturer." The crooked sewing and sloppy threads were not there before and where not done by the manufacturer. UNACCEPTABLE, UNNECESSARY. I won't take any more clothes there. I paid $22 dollars to get crooked sloppy stitching that does not look strong. :( For $22 I expect a good job! read more

BAIT AND SWITCH operation. I took two jackets in to have 1 flight patch each sewn on. The man quoted me $10 each and then when I agreed he said it would be $12 each. Instead of going somewhere else I agreed. He then wanted payment upfront which is something I have never done at a dry cleaners. This couple are scammers and are pros at the bait and switch game.
