Two weeks later they are ready for pick up and Lord and behold they're ruined. Not only did they shrink but the discoloration that happened is unbelievable. The covers which were once all one shade of beige now have giant white spots over the entire chair on all eight chairs. I was floored and immediately went back to show him the covers to hopefully come to a resolution. Not only did he refuse to refund initially he continued to respond by saying it wasn't his mistake and that the covers were just a bad fabric. I was in there for 40 minutes and we just kept going in circles. Him saying he didn't do anything wrong and me continuing to explain that he was in the wrong and I needed a refund. I would have also wanted money for replacement covers but he was not giving in. Now I am left with a partial refund and covers that need to be replaced and are no longer usable. Really truly disappointed with the service and with how the owner refused to take ownership for his mistake. You cannot run a business like this.

Laundry Genius is modern compared to the surrounding laundry mats. Coins are not used at all. Cash and/or credit/EBT cards are transferred to a Laundry Genius laundry card (think grocery store savings cards). There is a $1 service charge applied to the first transaction. Be sure to save this card for future uses to avoid the $ service charge each time. Pricing is clearly listed at the card terminal area. Laundry Genius doesn't open as early as other mats do; opening is at 9am. Last wash is at 7:30pm. Indoors is spacious and bright. Washing and dryer machines are plentiful. Several rolling basket carts are available to assist with laundry transportation. There is a good deal of seats for those who wish to stay on-site while doing their laundry. Vending machines are on site providing laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. I spend around $18 to wash my comforter and around $3.50 to dry it. At first, I was shocked at the price difference from surrounding mats; however, you get what you pay for. Increased pricing saves me time by not having to search high and low for quarters. Quality and the quantity of machines ensures that I do not have to wait for availability or continue to add time and money to drying times. I appreciate that the staff are constantly walking around wiping down machines, sweeping and replacing laundry carts to their correct location making my entire experience feel clean and efficient.

Very clean laundromat and the staff is very courteous and friendly. The lady at the counter came up to help us with using the machines and recommended that we use a single machine, which saved us the extra time of running two separate loads. She was really kind and helpful to another older customer as well, helping her out. They cleaned the place a couple of times while we were there, and sanitized the whole place to make sure it was all clean. It wasn't very crowded when we were there. Through COVID they have a lot of signs put up, enforcing the use of masks and maintaining social distancing. People coming in were also all wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.
