My friend recommended this restaurant for some specialty pastry options and wow the selection was so stunning! It's a super packed place with a wait out the door and the staff is hustling. I got 3 dessert pastries to do, and there was a selection of cheesecake and pastries in fruit shapes as well as decorated croissants. There wasn't a dedicated person for takeaway but someone took my order pretty quickly and took the time out of whatever they were doing. I got the green apple, mango, and coconut with mango on top for $38 after tax. My friend liked the mango one the best!

Really cute place, but I wouldn't go in the winter again. We went pretty early (right at open) and it was freezing even though we sat to the back of the restaurant. Food was really good and portions are really big. Their maduros were a 10/10. Service was a little slow. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the waiter was yapping most of the time that we were trying to order another coffee. I ended up getting up to pay at the counter since he took so long to bring the check.

I went for brunch with my husband, and it was our first time visiting. The space is charming and feels like stepping into a little princess room. The Victorian gold-framed mirrors are beautiful, the teacups are gorgeous, and I especially loved the Toile de Jouy patterned dishes. Even the bathroom carries the same decorative touch, which made the whole place feel thoughtfully styled. The service was just as lovely as the space. Leo was attentive and made sure everything was taken care of, and our server Kenny was wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Before we left, she invited us to come back and wished us a relaxing rest of our Sunday, which felt very sincere and personal. If I had one small note, it would be that the tables are a bit too close together. Since we went on a date, the space felt a little tight for my taste. That said, it didn't take away from how much I enjoyed the place overall. The food, the atmosphere, and the service made it a really pleasant visit, and I truly enjoyed my experience here.

First and foremost this place is a hotspot so a reservation is a must. Street parking outside only. Conveniently located down the block from the A train on Dyckman. If you would like to spend a relaxing time while dining please consider the day and time you go. Can't expect to sit 3 hours on a Friday when space is limited. Staff goes above and beyond for the customers and with limited seating they are doing the best that they can. Ambiance is everything here so it's comfy and cute. My family and I ordered drinks entrees and a bunch of cake. My brother had the oxtail risotto while we had the Churassco with Tostones. Presentation is everything and they showed out with the Pink drink and Churrasco garlic butter flamed table side. That steak was so juicy and tender cooked perfectly. We were moaning as we ate. Desserts were chefs kiss at the end couldn't resist more then one.

Cute little bistro with two locations. Service was slow and the place was empty, food was good but lacked. I had the Dominican Breakfast dish and the mangu was dry. My mother had the New York Steak dish, she asked for well done and half the steak was medium well. The chicken empanadas were delicious. Grabbed a few pastries to go; expensive and aren't worth it. All in all, don't go out your way to make a visit.

This place is awesome. I've been seeing a lot of influencers on social media reviewing this place and it's always been amazing reviews. What that being said I've been to a few places that influencers have reviewed and let's just say most of them did not meet my expectations based on the reviews. I decided to try this place because even if the food wasn't top tier, I wanted to go for the experience. I decided to do a mommy and me Day. With my sister friend and our daughters. We had a 9am reservation on a Saturday morning and there was metered parking right in front. I love the design of this place it looks exactly like it does in photos...We were seated right away. The waitress was very nice and friendly. She took our orders and the food came out fairy quickly. Each of our meals were served on beautifully designed china. Each of us had a different pattern. Which was nice. We ordered Tostones Avocado Toast, Pancake Tres Leches, Sweet Plantain Chicken and Waffles, and Breakfast Bistro Burger.Everyone enjoyed their meal. The only thing I would have like to be better was the croissant on the breakfast burger. It wasn't that fresh, it tasted stale. The food portions were plenty. This place is for everyone, there were people eating alone as well as in groups. The vibe is loud which I didn't mind because it was literally people laughing and talking enjoying their meals and each other. The girls really liked this place. Especially the dessert display which is their favorite. We couldn't leave without dessert for the girls. One choose the mango and the other choose the mango. Neither of them were disappointed. . If you been on the fence about this place my advice is please try it. It's best to make reservations because they do get packed pretty quickly.

This bistro is so cute and charming. It has a modern Victorian, feminine, and floral pink aesthetic. It's very small. The service is excellent and so is the food. We had the steak empanadas that were so tender and moist on the inside and wrapped in a light and crisp shell. The seasoning was spot on--savory and well-balanced. We also had the Dominican breakfast which was delicious. The mangu was rich and paired so well with the fried salami, fried cheese, and the fried egg. The casava breakfast was also delicious-- it tasted like a deconstructed croquette. The Beso D'Angelo cake was delicious. I'm not a big fan of flan so I can do without the flan middle but the sponge of the cake and the tres leches mixture was perfect.

Came to this location again today around 11am and had the tres leches pancake and my friend had the burger with egg on top. It came with a salad on the side that was really good. I also ordered the beef empanada which was so good. I loved my food and the service. This location is small but the staff here is nice and attentive. I recommend coming on a weekday as it's slower and easy to just walk in. I came once in a Friday around 3pm and now today at 11am no issue at all and fabulous service. I can't wait to come back

Food was so good. I had the Dominican breakfast and my friend had the avocado toast. The drinks were also good, very flavorful. The desserts were so cute it was hard to pick one. I got the chocolate mousse bear with raspberry filling. It wasn't too sweet, was a perfect balance. My friend had the mango one and it had pieces of mango in it, super good! Service was attentive and we didn't feel rushed. The restaurant itself was cute, clean and decorated.

Make your own if you're not feeling theirs. It's worth it. Also writing this review because they are just quality people. I ordered a vegan pizza with some toppings but wanted pepperoni and that wasn't an option. I made a note asking if a substitution was possible, knowing it likely wasn't because of a price difference. I'm not vegan, but I needed a dairy-free alternative since I am breastfeeding a baby with a cow milk protein intolerance. The LOADED up my pizza. Truly stand-up humans. Probably the best brussels I have ever had in my life and I'm not even that much a fan of the veggie. I've ordered the salt/brown sugar latte twice now. The first time, I got it iced and it was extremely salty and just wasn't a good latte at all. This time around, I ordered it hot and asked them to ease up on the salt since last time it was very salty, they eased up on it and it was such a great latte, I was so happy with it! I've gotten the chicken and waffles twice as well! I'm a big fan of guava infused butter and got two with my order. Generally the chicken and waffles are a HIT, but the waffles tasted a bit off to me this time around. I think it could mainly be that I was focused on how surprisingly good the brussels and coffee were, that I wasn't too focused on anything else. Service is pretty ehh to me at this place. Love that so far each time I've gone at different times and during different seasons, it's never too packed. Even when it is, it doesn't feel like it. I have not tried the dinner, just the brunch! Brunch is def a go too, can't wait to go again! Also, have not had a cocktail here, but looking forward to trying to hibiscus mule next!

The service from both the chef and the bartender was warm, welcoming, and genuine. The ambience is quaint and inviting. I actually changed my mind last minute and chose this spot over two other restaurants I was considering--and I'm so glad I did. The food and the rum punch were so good that we drove back from New Jersey the very next night just to try more from the menu. The oxtails, curry chicken, and brown stew fish were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The rice and peas were flavorful and cooked to perfection. When we dined in, every patron who walked in ended up joining in conversation like we'd all known each other for years. The energy, the vibes, and the bartender made my entire night. This is the first time I've ever walked out of a bar alongside both the staff and the patrons. In the front area, it is a normal cafe vibe with comfy and utilitarian seats. In the back, there is a lounge vibe, I am not of the exact WiFi password but it is something like no laptops in the backroom. I also noticed a sign today that said no laptops after 5 pm in this area which is the standard cafe area not the back room. Over the past two years, the backroom has definitely expanded to have a bar. Food/Drink: We have had a various drinks, lattes hot and cold. The Bourbon Pecan Latte is a long time special and favorite. They take their time to make high quality drinks and put them in mugs if you are eating in. They also heat up the food items. The Parisian, Turkey, ham and Swiss on a croissant was good with their cruller and pistachio croissant. We also tried the Cardamon bun too Service: The level of friendliness at this place feels elusive because there are some regulars who get a warm welcome since we are irregulars and stop by from time to time. They are kind of Brooklyn-type friendly which is welcoming and kind but at the same time cool in a hipster utilitarian way which is not a negative way of looking. It is what it is. Overall: I am a huge fan of the vibe and energy. The backroom is the star to relax with your drinks and food. They also seem to have events at night which sound cool.

She was patient, kind and the epitome of what hospitality is. The ambiance is moody, dark and spooky. It's like Halloween year round but I love Halloween so it fits my vibe! The chairs were comfy and it's really a cafe you could sit at for hours alone, with friends or your pet! I had the lemon poppy muffin which was good and crispy water. The pride straws were so cute and we love an ally! My friend had the banana bread pudding and a strawberry iced latte which she really enjoyed. Hamilton makes all their syrups in house and change for the season! Not only do they sell coffees and treats but also witchy things such as crystals, smudge sticks and candles with intentions.
