I had a wonderful experience there! I came in around 445, no wait, plenty of technicians on hand. I asked for a very specific design, camouflage for the Marine Corps ball. My son requested that I get 3 color combos, (deserts, forests and the American flag) so I had to oblige. I love what I got! I had 2 ladies work on me! Where else does that happen?! The lady whose name I already forgot did my fill, shape, cuticle and main coats ( hers is the first station to the left) and Elyse did my camo design. I love the care and attention to detail and to client requests. When I asked the receptionist if my son's design was possible, she conversed with several ladies to really make sure before promising me something just to take my money. I really appreciate her as well. Thank you ladies, I will try and be back whenever im in that area! read more

I really like the detail to attention when I get my feet taken care of. The team members go above and beyond when massaging and removing calluses. The precision when addressing my toe nails is beyond my skill level and actually it's sort of hard for me to reach my toes with dexterity for long durations lol I don't know about polish and such but for a man looking to keep his feet healthy, this is the place. read more

I was given a 3-minute foot/leg massage instead of the usual 6-minute (as advertised) because the nail tech was running behind. This was prompted by the owner. I will not be back. read more

Lily and her entire staff are professional, friendly and always do a fantastic job. Can't recommend them enough!

WORST manicure I've ever had and the WORST customer service. I made an appointment for a dip manicure with Lily (the owner). I had a dip manicure on which she didn't soak off - I questioned her and she said to just do a "fill". It's not how I typically get them done but I obliged. She "filled" the growth with clear dip powder. She had me go under the UV light for the base coat, which I questioned but again obliged. She had me go wash my hands and when I came back she had gel bottles of color, not the dip powder. I told her I did not want gel and I want dip. She insisted it's better and won't chip. I told her I booked a dip manicure, not a gel manicure and she told me she already did the dip (referring to the clear she applied to fill the gap). In the end she gave me a gel manicure, but not even a good one. She did a horrible job shaping them (not the shape I asked for) and the gel is incredibly thick and lumpy. I told her how it looked bad and you could see the gap where she "filled it" and she tried to put more polish on it. I told her no because it already looks super thick. She made no apologies. She then told me it was $25. I should have refused to pay but I gave her my card. I see my reciept and see $45. I told her I thought she said $25. I exclaimed "$45 for this"! I didn't tip and walked out. After I tried to cool off, I came back in. She eventually offered to redo it but I told her I had no time to sit there and soak off and redo it as my daughter would be up from her nap soon and I'm leaving town the next morning. I should age demanded a refund, but I didn't. I told her I was disappointed in my nails and service and she couldn't care less. I would NOT recommend Lily or this nail salon. read more

Me and my friend went in for manicures and the women who did my nails felt very condescending. She asked me to pay before actually painting my nails and there wasn't a clear way to tip, which means I didn't do it (I very much so would have if the opportunity was presented to me, but I was pretty uncomfortable at that point and insecure) then when she actually painted my nails they came out lumpy (which I can assume she didn't care much about how they turned out considering I already paid and didn't give a tip) the experience overall felt very rushed and I don't feel happy with the end product read more

Made an appointment in advance and was seated right away. Problem is both my gel manicure chipped and my pedicure was scratched just next week. It usually lasts me 4-6 weeks at least. When making payment the last that appeared to be the owner wasn't friendly. I think if they expect cash only it should be stated on their website or shared when taking the appointment or at least before starting the service. They asked me to go to an atm that's not in their shop to get cash. I ended up paying for service in Venmo and offering the cash I had as tip. Which was fine but that option wasn't offered until I asked also. read more

It's been long overdue to write a review to my favorite mail salon!! Lily always makes you feel welcome and at home. Leslie did an amazing job with my gel nails! She does great waxing too. Jade did my pedicure. The girls are super friendly and sweet. There's also a neck and foot massage available 15 for $12! Can't beat that. Leave your salon and start coming here they are really awesome! read more

Considering how low the prices are, it's amazing what they are able to accomplish! They do get busy because they are affordable, but I've never been skimped on the quality of service. I book my appointments ahead of time and I never have to wait. Elise is my nail tech, I don't get my nails done from anyone else BUT I have had some of the other women do my pedicures and they honestly always come out great. Thank you for providing such great service! read more

Gel manicure is thick and lumpy. Color is not even. Tip of some nails missing color. Shocking how bad, even after asking them to fix it. Staff seem rushed to take more clients. Quality is poor. Can't believe I paid for that. read more

I have never been a fan of happiness, Nails in general, but my girlfriend goes there(used to go) frequently and she booked six services last Saturday for my birthday. When we got there for our appointments at 12:30 there was not one person ready or available. Place was PACKED! We waited and finally a few got seated and we couldn't all sit together. They finally came to me a little after 1:00 after no apologies and then my friend they did not come over until 120 almost an hour after our appointment so she decided not to even do a service at all. it was unacceptable and sad that these places just take anybody that walks in over appointments I don't even know why people bother to make appointments. My manicure was horrible! One of the worst ever it literally took the lady about 10 minutes to do it. I use my own polish, olive and June other nail salons. It lasted almost 2 weeks. This one is already chipping and needs another coat after three days. Overall I would not recommend this place unless you just wanna run in for a quick color change but even then, you're gonna wait if they tell you, it's only five minutes it could be 30. read more

I just wanted to leave a review for Leslie. I am from Hawaii visiting my son and needed a fill for my nails. I called, and Leslie was able to do my nails. She really did great work and was so friendly too. I highly recommend her. read more

Came in to get a regular manicure. Very busy establishment on a Friday afternoon so you won't get real friendly or personalized attention. Receptionist was businesslike and not real friendly. Manicurist was decent but she filed my nails down at a weird slant. I reshaped them when I got home. Given the cost ($27) for a no frills manicure, I don't plan to come back. read more

Unfortunately got ripped off here :/ I was charged extra for them to peel gel off of 2 of my nails. Was less work than rubbing off regular nail polish and took 2 seconds but just because it was gel I was charged extra. Keep this in mind so that you can just peel off your own gel and not get ripped off!! read more

I really enjoyed this visit to Happiness nails! They were able to get me right in for a gel pedicure and my good friend in right away for a full acrylic set. They were not too busy and the atmosphere was very calming. The lady did a great job with my pedicure and it looked perfect when I got done. I got the deluxe pedicure and the massage that came with it was just what I needed! The only downside was that the pedicure itself took awhile, about fifty minutes. But overall, I was very pleased with them! read more

Great staff, friendly atmosphere, and my nails always look great. Reasonable price point, and great massage chairs. My go to spot!

Always a wonderful experience all the women are so sweet and funny. I have been getting my nails done here for about 6 years now, my nails are always perfect for the best price. 10/10 would recommend this nail salon. For all the older white women complaining that is probably because they don't know what to ask for or don't take care of their nails so they turn out bad on them. I have tried many nail places and this has been the best. read more

I am brand new to the area and had to establish a new nail salon. It's always tough to find a great one because there are so many. But my friend recommended this location, and it does not disappoint! They have a few different pedicure options, but I chose the one that does an amazing scrub, 10 minute massage, paraffin dip, foot mask, plus to spoil myself I added a little bit of extra massage time. It was honestly the best pedicure I've ever had! I am 100% hooked and this will definitely be my favorite location to spoil myself or visitors in town. Highly recommended! read more

Literally terrible. Worst nail job I've ever had. I've been to this place before and had other nail techs do a fabulous job. This lady, not sure her name, orange hair, rushed through my appointment so bad that she didn't get the shape or length right at all. All of my nails are sideways and different lengths. She did this in 40 minutes. Never going back! read more

This place is a secret gem! I stumbled upon this place while searching Yelp and I can't wait to start coming here frequently! I've of course have already told 3 of my friends to go... First off, they are a very new and clean salon. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I came in to get a spa pedicure, usually $15 but they have a coupon for $13. I had Lisa do my toes and she was extremely thoughtful and did a fantastic job! They are located right by the coffee bean in the sprouts shopping center and I been here for less than a year. The owner was there and he was very thoughtful and kind. I know this is weird to say, but I really appreciate the fact that everyone there spoke English very well and were able to listen and help me walk out feeling fabulous. Thank you Happiness Nails and Spa! I can't wait to come see you guys soon :) read more

No Hapiness to be had here... I made appointment with Lily from 9am for 4pm sat night with plans that evening. I get there only to be ignored and then told I would have to wait 40 minutes and no manicure!! Rude and ridiculous. Color Mails was up the street w amazing service read more

I highly recommend two nail artists there: Élise and Jade. Both have done wonders with my nails. They are very knowledgeable (great nail advice), professional and personal and go above and beyond. This place is so hit and miss. I'm going to try again because I have had amazing pedicures before. But the last couple times it was not great. I think it's the type of place that really depends on who you get. I need to learn their names so I can request the better technicians. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I'm so disappointed with my experience. I got a gel manicure on Thursday 5/16 and by Monday 5/20 my nails were already peeling. The gel on 2 of my nails is nearly peeled off, the rest are all pulling up on the sides. Very disappointed that they didn't even last a week as gel manicures aren't cheap. I got my nails done for a wedding over the weekend and I'm lucky they lasted until then it seems. Also whoever did my cuticles made me bleed on 2 fingers and now both fingers are infected. I wish they were a little more gentle when trimming cuticles. read more
