I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

They have a little dining room where you can bring your food and such to eat there. It did get hot in there because the AC couldn't handle the many people eating inside. They have sign for no outside food or drinks but I think those are for people who didn't booked the place for the party. There was 2 ladies working here and they would walk around to make sure people had no shoes in the jumper area since it's socks only. They sells drinks, snacks and some toys here. There were a lot of different areas but it was hard for my daughter to actually do anything because the areas were packed and a lot of the items were missing from the areas due to kids moving them around. That's understandable -kids will be kids- but because there were so many kids the staff couldn't keep up with putting the items back in the designated areas. For example, we went to the "mail room" there was literally no mail in it. We went to the tool/building area and there were literally no tools and not enough building materials to build anything. This was pretty much every area we went to. The amount of kids also made it super overstimulating for my daughter. Normally when we go to these kinds of places it's calm and she is actually able to learn, play, interact etc. Lastly, it's expensive. Normally when we go to these kinds of places an adult is included when paying for a child to enter. Here, you have to pay for an adult and child ticket - so it was 44$ for the both of us. Totally not worth the price when it is so overrun.

They don't get out enough. This was their first fishing trip. I didn't know what to expect. I thought I'd be hearing (1 hour into the trip), "Dad, I'm bored. When are we going home? Can we get off the boat?" Nope, they loved it. Lorenzo has a customized fishing boat with a top-of-the-line engine in back; a smaller engine in front (to slowly trawl the waters while fishing); a state-of-the-art fishfinder; and all the rods, hooks, and live bait (worms) that we needed. He did all the work. He taught my kids how to fish; hooked the bait; and untangled all the tangles. We caught large catfish; two smaller fish; and one humungous 6.5 lb. large-mouthed striped bass. That's right--we caught dinner. As a bonus, Lorenzo even cleaned the fish for us afterward. We'll be coming back.
