My husband checked some places and he was looking at having to spend at least $250 for one tire for his BMW. Instead of having to pay the price mentioned above, we decided to check out Dale's. We've been here before for tires for my car so we knew there was a chance they'd have a tire for his car. As we pulled in yesterday, we were almost immediately helped. Fortunately, they had a tire and they went right to work getting it put on. We were at Dale's no longer than 20 minutes and the very gently used tire was only $50! No, they don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee or water for you, but I don't care about that! If I can save hundreds on dollars, that's a better value for me. Anytime I need a tire, I'm coming here!

I called and made an appointment for the next morning, but drop my car off the night before because there is a key box. Apparently, my two front tires were pretty bad and there was no repairing them. I ended up ordering four new tires with free rotation and if I get a flat, I can bring it there for him to fix for the life of the tires. I feel like I got a good deal. It was pretty comparable to other places. I highly suggest making an appointment because he is a one-man show.

I had a horrible experience with this business. He ordered the wrong tires for my car and…read moreinstalled them. When I went to pick it up it was several hundred dollars more than he had quoted. I tried to work with him and asked if he could still order the correct tires. He told me the ones on the car could not be returned and they were an odd size he could not resale. I offered multiple times to pay the original quoted amount and he refused. He got very angry and said multiple times he would just write it off. I was very uncomfortable the way he was acting. I did offer as I left to still pay the quoted amount and he said it would do no good. The next morning he started texting my Husband that he could suddenly get the correct tires to swap. My Husband was not happy the way he had acted with me and I refused to take my car back to him or do business with him. We offered to have the tires replaced somewhere else and return his tires, but he continued to be difficult and not want to agree with that. He even filed a police report, in which we had done nothing wrong. Eventually he ended up taking a reduced price for the tires, but we still ended up paying $170 more than originally quoted for the tires we ordered. I just did not feel comfortable taking my car back and wanted him to quit texting and leave us alone. His prices may be cheaper, but I would not recommend doing business with him after the way he acted with me and if his ring camera works like he told me then it's all recorded.

My parents told them to go ahead and fix it, once the truck was back it sat for about a month until i drove it. I knew the front rotors were warped before they took it in for service and I was a surprised to find out that the rotors were still warped, even after they supposedly did a brake job. I checked the invoice and realized that the tech quoted a pad slap (front and rear) and didn't recommend replacing or even resurfacing the rotors. I also checked the old brake pads and found that they still had 4 to 5 mm of material left and were not in immediate need of replacement. I was expecting to look at the invoice and see a proper brake job that at least included turning the rotors. As a technician myself I'm extremely disappointed in the service we received, i expected better service and communication.
