It's also the first place I've brought anyone else! The techs are fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the place is white-glove clean. They do a lot of small, but meaningful, things to take the experience to the next level (like a short shoulder massage with a manicure) that makes them stand out from the rest. I highly recommend them, even if it means it's harder for me to get an appointment. Ena is your gal for gorgeous nail art and stunning Gel X manicures. Hayden is my favorite UV Gel tech. I went in on 7/23 to get a gel manicure for a wedding I had that night. An hour after leaving ,my nail polish on one finger completely peeled off. I ran back quickly and got it fixed at no charge. I left for my cape vacation the next morning and the same thing happened to 2 more nails. I'm not able to go in to get them fixed since I'm away. I also don't feel like I should have to run over to the salon every day to fix the next peeled nail. I asked the salon for a refund ($33) so I could go get my nails redone down here and they refuse. They said they would give me a discount when I come back, which is totally unacceptable as I want to get my nails done during this vacation without paying again. I hate to write anything negative about a small business during these times but I tried to work with them via phone and text to get the issue resolved and now I'm just being ignored. I would have hoped they would stand by their work. When I initially spoke to someone via Facebook, they essentially blamed my nail type (?) for the problem. i'm really not asking for much, as I just want my $33 refunded. I explained that he could keep the tip, I just feel the service should be refunded as I got less than 12 hours with all my nails done.
