Everyone is always very kind and welcoming. Last time I went I had a dress on and when I sat down for a pedicure one of the employees walked over and draped a towel across my knees so I'd feel more comfortable. It was a kind thing to do without me even asking. I also noticed they continuously clean up and support one another to keep the clients moving along and happy. I also appreciate that their tools are in sealed clean bags before use. I definitely recommend. read more

I've been continuing service @ N&A nails since my last review. I can say: that I was correct in the review. I get a "dip" every 4-6 weeks. Pedi when necessary. N&A never ceases to amaze me with their quality, skill, assortment of techniques, prices, hours of operation etc. N&A are truly talented. Need I say more? read more

I've been going there for 9 years now. The owners Nina & Amy are so nice and they have a great team. The salon is very clean and has a wide variety of manicure offerings. They can do any Pinterest design you can find. I do dip with design and go once a month. Very reasonable pricing as well. I always get compliments in public on my nails read more

I went in to get a pedicure. When she first started she was filing my toes and my skin, then put chemicals on it immediately after that made my skin burn. Then, i asked her to get my ingrowns out she started ripping them out and making me bleed. After my sister and i were telling her that she was hurting me she never stopped or apologized. They had me pay $55 and gave me a $20 gift card for my next appointment...(which i will never be going back) just for me to come home in pain and having to cut my own nails resolving in the nail polish coming off completely. They just used the excuse that she was new. read more

I have tried this place numerous times. I usually go here when it's my last resort since it's close to home. Today I saw Mary and she did a great job shaping my nails. I removed my gel polish and did a regular nail polish to give my nails a break. She did a great read more

FINALLYYYYY I have found my spot in the south shore. It's taken years to find someone who can do dip powder properly. Lynn is the best. I show her a picture and she can emulate it exactly. I actually have a funny/ horrific story to share. I brought my 4 year old daughter with me during my last appointment. JUDGE ME!! jk , but honestly she loves getting her nails done and actually gets upset if I go without her - anyway this was her first full on pedicure , they even have kids size chairs which are adorable. She sat nicely for the women working on her (minus a few "hey that tickles!!" Comments) but what happened after was quite the scene. At the nail drying station my daughter was goofing off and flipped forward in her chair , feet kicking the plexiglass in front of her , head on the tile floor. HOLY &$$@ I jumped out of my pedicure chair bare wet feet and all of course to help her up and make sure she didn't get severely hurt. Thank goodness she was okay just a little in shock by the accident. Regardless almost everyone who works there got up and came over to see if she was okay despite the fact they were all super super busy. One woman told me I could go finish my pedi and just have her sitting on my lap if I wanted. (What I really wanted to do was run out of there in embarrassment lol). Anyway I really really appreciated how caring they had been for both my daughter and myself. Accidents happen and I felt horrible that my daughter disrupted anyone's day of pampering. Needless to say I'll definitely be back but probablyyy hold off on bringing my toddler lol !! read more

I think I will be going to this nail salon from now on, or at least I find a nail salon that that is even better than this salon. Decor: This is the cleanest, and nicest looking nail salon I have been to on the South Shore of MA. It was spacious, and decorated with chic comfortable seating in service and waiting areas, and beautiful light fixtures throughout. There are about 10 pedicure stations, and 8 manicure stations. Service: I was warmly greeted upon entry, and asked what service I would like. I opted to get a pedicure. The nail tech performing my pedicure took her time, and was really attentive to details with the "cleaning" portion of the service. She seemed patient, and did not rush through the service. Her massage was mediocore, but the use of hot stones was appreciated. However, I'm not sure if the nail polish wasn't great, or if she didn't have steady hands, but the nail polish application wasn't the best. It was decent. (This is the reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5). Other observations: A woman came in with her two young daughters for mani and pedi appointments. They were seated right next to each other, and were serviced at the same time. The woman behind the front desk, was especially nice to the children. I thought that was a nice touch! Would I go here again: Yeah! It's so celan. I'd probably try out another nail tech, but I'm definitely impressed so far. read more

Very clean, open and nicely decorated salon. Both times I came here I had my gel acrylics done by Nina-- she's so nice and listens to your requests! My pedicure was done by Amy and she was just a sweetheart and did an amazing job on my toes! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the color selection is not a huge range, from what I noticed, and my nails somewhat have a weird shape to them in person if that makes sense. I took my friend with me the second time I went, she got hers done by Amy and loved them! I will come back for a pedicure by Amy when I need one! Very kind staff! The read more

Went here with my three year old daughter this weekend. I bought her for a birthday pedicure. I was a little worried going into it but the nail technicians were absolutely lovely. They had two kid pedicure chairs. They were patients and thorough. The salon had a Cute set up to it. The nail side is set up like a Long bar. The opposite side is all pedicure chairs. I can't wait to go back. I will defiantly be returning. read more

I've been here twice now and each time I was impressed with my nails. The customer service is great and I never feel like I'm being rushed. I received a pedicure this time and it was amazing, not to mention a great price. For a gel manicure and pedicure I only paid $52. I highly recommend N&A Nails. read more

N&A is a well loved nail salon in the south shore area. I recommend this place numerous times. First of all, it is a well-kept, clean establishment. The employees here are hardworking and talented. I love the pedicures here because of the big comfortable massage chairs and the hot rock treatment. I've gotten both gel nails and acrylic, and there's a plethora of colors to choose from. read more

I've never had a pedicure before so I don't have anything to compare it against but I've had numerous spa treatments. I went with my daughter with no appointment and we were taken within a couple of minutes. The first thing I noticed was that the place was spotless. Everyone was friendly and apparently,as a man, you are a big hit with the other female clients lamenting that their husband/boyfriend needs to come. Fellas, fear not! A great lower leg and foot massage comes with it which I loved. I'll be back for sure! read more

This place came highly recommended, and I see why. I made an appt for a Saturday morning, they were pretty busy and running a bit behind but it is what it is. I saw Tina. They have a great selection of colors. Tina spent almost an hour on my gel manicure, and an hour on my pedicure which had exfoliation and a great hot stone massage of the feet. They do not rush and skimp here. Both my hands and feet came out amazing, the polish was perfect, so clean, well done. They are super clean, everyone was wearing masks properly, you must wash your hands upon entry, and tons of barriers and cleaning in between each client. I'll definitely be going back! read more

What an excellent trim, shaping and massage. Very short wait without reservation. I will be going every month.

Had a deluxe pedicure today. Jenny was awesome. Almost put me to sleep a few times. Gentle, did not hurt or punch me like other places. Very attentive and helpful without being annoying like some places. Out of respect, I won't name the other places. I keep trying new places closer to home and keep returning here. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the work ladies. You are appreciated. read more

This place never disappoints!! My mom and I had called Wednesday to make an appointment for Thursday (4/22) for two pedicures. I had Lynn who was super sweet and incredible and my mother had Anne who was also terrific! I've been getting pedicures for about 10 years now and that was one of the best pedicures I've had in a while. I was relaxed the whole time. You definitely need to make appointments ahead of time because they're usually very busy! read more

I've been going to this salon for probably a year and a half now and it has been pretty great for the most part. There are always a lot of people working, the place is big, it is super clean and there are tons of colors to choose from whether you do regular polish, gel or dip. When I make an appointment, I always schedule it with Dong. He takes his time and absolutely perfects my manicures, plus he doesn't make me feel nervous about speaking up about what I want or don't want. Although, I continue to go to this salon, there are a couple things that bug me from time to time. Sometimes I will make an appointment and have to wait, and I mean 20-30 minutes wait time. This defeats the purpose of an appointment. It gets super busy and I think they sometimes take on more than they can handle. I also end up spending a very long time there so I need to go when I have absolutely no other plans or commitments. My last issue is that the prices keep going up almost every time I go for a fill. This just confuses me and discourages me from going, as I expect to pay a certain price and I am always told it it way more than that. Overall though, it is one of the beat nail salons around the south shore and even with its minor flaws, I haven't found one that compares! read more

Absolutely love this nail salon because of the quality and talent their nail techs have. However, I wait 30-45 minutes every single time I make an APPOINTMENT. Not even a phone call or a sorry when they're running that behind. They show up late and then run late with every appointment following that. Not cool and a waste of time. read more

I have been to this salon three times now, and it will definitely be where I go from now on. Clean, bright, relaxing atmosphere and everyone I have met is very friendly. My first visit was for an acrylic fill, my second for a powder dip manicure, and today's visit for a powder dip mani and a pedicure. Another customer recommended the deluxe pedicure, and it was absolute heaven - multiple scrubs, clay, paraffin, hot stones, and a foot and calf massage. read more

My friend and I just went to N and A in Rockland, four days ago. I got an acrylic fill will gel polish, which I have gotten for years. Within less than 24 hours one nail chipped and broke off. I went back after work and asked if they would be able to fix it since i was here less than 24 hours ago. They said no not til 6pm, it was 10:30am. I had one nail that broke they said they'd have to take the whole thing off to redo and they don't have time. I went somewhere else to get the nail fixed, they were very nice and did it fast. The next day, 3 more break. went back again then next day, since 3 more had broke and asked if they were able to fix it since i was there less than 48 hours and have now had 4 nails total broken. I called before since they told me not til 6 the day before and they said on the phone to come in 15 minutes, so i went there then. Once i got there they said they had no record of the call and that i hadn't even called the right place, which was not true. They refused and told me not til 6:15pm. i would not have gone back again if on the phone they didn't say in 15 minutes from when i had called. Today I called again and asked they said not til 6:30PM they could take me. All for broken nails. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! they are so rude. this was my third time ever coming to N and A and every time my nails have chipped within less than a week of me getting them done. I have never ever had this problem with any other nail salon, i usually let my nails grow long too (like a month within a fill) so they're not even making it a week. horrible. read more

Because I questioned why my daughter had to wait 40 minutes for her appointment, I honestly believe Nina intentionally did a terrible job on her nails. The pictures speak for themselves. We have never had a problem with this salon but this is no way to treat a customer. When asked if she liked it, my daughter said no that's not what I showed you in the picture and Nina was unresponsive. She left the salon in tears. Every other technician has always been amazing but not Nina! read more

This is by far the BEST nail salon on the south shore! The salon is always kept clean, even before the pandemic. I always felt safe knowing everything is disinfected and cleaned constantly.
