I live in Scituate and wanted to try a new spot since I haven't been overly impressed with the salons in town, and I will absolutely be coming here from now on. I got the deluxe gel pedicure, and it was 100% worth it. Thank you, Tiffany & Team, I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

They do an incredible job on the pedicure especially with the massage but for a gel manicure $46 felt steep when it was pretty standard in comparison to other places I have been. Also I got charged extra for removing dip but they basically would have done the same process if it was gel so that was another added expense. Only complaint is that it would be nice if you could see pricing online ahead of time and wish I had known to have enough cash since they wouldn't take a card.

I went in on 7/23 to get a gel manicure for a wedding I had that night. An hour after leaving ,my nail polish on one finger completely peeled off. I ran back quickly and got it fixed at no charge. I left for my cape vacation the next morning and the same thing happened to 2 more nails. I'm not able to go in to get them fixed since I'm away. I also don't feel like I should have to run over to the salon every day to fix the next peeled nail. I asked the salon for a refund ($33) so I could go get my nails redone down here and they refuse. They said they would give me a discount when I come back, which is totally unacceptable as I want to get my nails done during this vacation without paying again. I hate to write anything negative about a small business during these times but I tried to work with them via phone and text to get the issue resolved and now I'm just being ignored. I would have hoped they would stand by their work. When I initially spoke to someone via Facebook, they essentially blamed my nail type (?) for the problem. i'm really not asking for much, as I just want my $33 refunded. I explained that he could keep the tip, I just feel the service should be refunded as I got less than 12 hours with all my nails done.
