My daughter and I have been here a few times but have had mixed experiences. At the most recent pedicure, my daughter asked the male technician not to cut her nails too short and to shape them square. He went ahead and trimmed the nails too short beyond the point that is comfortable and rounded each toe nail instead, with an odd corner cut on the big toes. While the female technicians do a great job, the male technician disregarded what she wanted and since this was for an upcoming special occasion, she was very disappointed. read more

Don't go here. I asked for acrylic tips and there was only 2 people working which i normally see more people at a salon. The person who did my nails had dirty hands and immediately started gluing the nails on!! I'm pretty sure you start off with cleaning them and cutting the cuticles? Nope none of that. Left dip all over my fingers too. Looks like a child did it. Kept asking if I liked the color and was rushing it severely. I have had many people tell me to get a refund but I'm just not going to return. Very loud banging noise majority of the time too. I understand being short staffed but don't rush on a customers nails. read more

I have never left a bad review before but If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went here because it was near my work. I went in asking to remove the set I had and have a new set put on because I had, had them on for a long time she said no not because she didn't have time but because she didn't think i should get a new set And proceeded to do what she wanted to do, which was give me a fill. I came back the next day less than 24 hours later and three of my nails had broken. She didn't have time to take me and by the time I get to the next day when she could take me six of my nails are broken. I didn't bother going back because at this point I need a whole new set. She also did my eyebrows and I have to cover it up with make up because they are so bad. I spent $75 48 hours later and I have four nails left and janky eyebrows do not go here!!! read more

It is not easy to find a really good nail salon but when you do find one, you know right away. Lavish nail spa is by far the best nail salon I have been to. I have moved around a lot and so I have experienced many different nail salons. I haven't had anyone be able to do my nails exactly how I wanted them done except for this place. They really listen to what you ask for and take their time to make sure it's exactly how you want it. Plus, it's a family that owns it and they are all such kind people. I didn't like this place at all. Felt uncomfortable the moment i walked in. A regular french manicure took over an hour even though they r usually 30 mins max. I was patient and kind however Im so upset at how these came out. Will never return! she cut me everywhere and broke parts of my cuticle, then just painted over it!! read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30. And arrived accordingly. They overbooked themselves and had me wait for 30 minutes. So I left because I was fed up. An older worker proceeded to chase me to my car and refused to back away from my car. She did not let me back out of the parking spot either. She was insisting that it would be too more minutes while she had someone else's leg scrub on her hands. I feel violated and sick to the stomach. read more

I did not think it could get worse than how I was treated at the door. Really rude of them. The guy who spoke to me, his excuse was it was busy but it wasn't too bad a couple of days ago. He was really shaky the whole time doing my nails and I was afraid to say something thinking it would offend him but I don't think he should be working with his hands shaking like that. I've been looking for a great go to nail salon in the area. The exterior of the building is not as easy to see from the road but the services nail technicians are excellent.
