Love this salon! I have been going here for years, always have the best experience. Staff is so friendly & talented

I finally found a nail shop I'm loyal to. I walked in without an appointment and was accommodated. Julie gave me an excellent pedicure, paying attention to detail and even suggesting a better nail color. Though prices have recently increased slightly, the quality and service make it worth it. The staff is hardworking, friendly, and talented. I only get pedicures for now due to gardening, my hands and nails are in rough shape. But may treat myself to them come winter. My feet are happy. read more

My best friend and I would go here on a daily basis. It was her favorite place. The women working here are extremely nice. They actually time your foot massage when getting a pedicure so you'll get what you pay for. The only bad thing I can say is the last 3 times I've gone here for pedicures my polish chipped off within a week each time. I think if I go back I'll bring my own color. read more

Very nice and clean. I could have fallen asleep in my pedicure chair! Very friendly. Reasonable prices also

I have been a long time customer here with typically very good outcomes despite everything taking a long time... Changed from my typical gel to regular polish mani- asked for a design but had language barrier so decided to forgo it- manager came over, all very public, not cool. They returned my 5bucks, whatever. 2d later 3 nails chipped & I returned for repair- pointing out the poor quality finish but only asked to fix 3 nails. Again, public shaming that I should've told them sooner, they apparently don't guarantee regular polish, BUT would repair for Free this one time- take a seat. Scolding ME in front of customers, etc for THEIR inferior job. No Customer appreciation or recognition of that Awful polish job! They lost a longterm customer over 3 fingernails & a condescending attitude vs treating me like I deserved better- which I will now get from their competition. I will say, many of the nail techs, especially who do the Pedicures- are funny & skilled. I wish they'd had a spirit of the Customer is Always Right when it's only 2d later & I've never done this before. read more

Normally I don't leave bad reviews but for the price I paid $71 for a fill and basic pedicure I expect my nails to look decent for at least 2 weeks. Especially since I work from home. You can clearly tell the staff talks badly about their clients by their dirty looks and the way the stare at people. I will not return. Way to over priced and just overall bad experience read more

This was my 2nd time here. And my last. I saw Melissa for a full set. Things were going well, but I felt like a few of my nails were too thick and not smooth(wavy finish). She started complaining that she was doing her best, that it was the same(it wasn't see pics below)and that I'd she made it too thin it would crack, etc. then she said I should find a nail tech who I like...like wth? No customer service. If I'm paying 60 for a set!!! Then bc the acrylic was lumpy the polish had to be laid on extra thick to hide the lines. Plus no cuticle care or cleaning after. No thanks..I'm sure a few of the other techs might be good..but like c'mon. She just didn't wanna take the few extra minutes to do what her client asked. I'm all set! read more

The owner Melissa is rude, no manners, takes two hours to get through your nails with answering phone calls, micro-managing her team while they are in the middle of caring for their customers and telling them how to do their job, while leaving her own customer unattended ALL THE TIME! Not to mention when she is answering phone appointments, she told several customers during my visit if they don't bring cash she won't make their appointment, she then awaits their response to see what they would say and then says "I'm just joking" but clearly she is not because upon arrival she pressures you to pay her in cash and if you say no I don't have cash, she tells you to go to the ATM and she will wait!!!! I moved here a year ago and the only reason why I keep going back is because of one of the few valuable techs she has is great at pedicures "The Pearl" and gel manicures and she is a sweetheart. I won't post her name because never telling how Melissa will come for the tech so I leave her out. The owner Melissa answers the phone rudely, in person is rude, talks in her language about customers who don't pay in cash. Never underestimate that phones translate for you these days! You should be reported for cash pay outs the way you hound customer for it. Use the money for manner and professional development for yourself if you want to keep your business going! read more

Time management is clearly not a thing at this venue. This place does a terrible job managing appointments. It was rare for me to ever get my service at my appointed time because they would always take as many walk-ins as possible. If they can't keep to your appointments or even respect your time then you're better off taking your business elsewhere. Also, I speak and understand Vietnamese because I spent a good portion of my life in Vietnam. It's absolutely disgusting how some of the nail techs can talk ill of their customers. Have some class! They also don't seem to follow proper COVID safety procedures here. You'll sometimes see the workers without masks on, just walking around without a care. They'll take as many walk-ins even if it means you're stuck getting nails done within 6ft of another customer. Social distancing and COVID must be a myth here. There are better places to get your nails done in the area. Your health is important and your money is better spent elsewhere. read more

Horrible. $50 for mani and pedi .. Melissa the owner is very rude and unprofessional. My wife went to this establishment to get her nails done and the owner "Melissa" tells my wife to go to dorchester and get a cheaper job done. To make things worse she starts talking in her native language bad mouthing my wife im sure between her and her co workers. You can go and pay $50 here but my wife won't be making another visit. read more

I'm a loyal customer for many years now since prior to the business changing owners and changing name, I cannot even remember how it was before. It's great to feel welcomed all the ladies there are very sweet and try their best. They all know my favorite nail color! I like that pedicures have very descriptive types with massage time differences etc. They have been attentive to any raised concerns. If you have a problem or concern they graciously handle it. read more

I gave them many chances to perform at least basic nail essentials. Why does my nail look ruff and lumpy. The. She gives me an attitude when I say something about it. And Melissa could care less she just want to politic. They are Horrible. Pictures below speak for themselves. Installed by Allure nails I will never waste my money on this establishment again. Stick to real local salons not those that travel from the city to give us poor service. I wish it's was a lower rating to provide. read more

Michelle, constantly answered the phone while still proceeding to do an uneven unprofessional job on my nail, at moments going from slow to fast. Left the chair for 10 minute to do another clients eyebrows. While painting my nails I address some dissatisfaction if she could be fixed then and she stated NO. Yet I still tipped her. I honestly recommend she be retrained. read more

I love this place! I come to Allure Nails and Spa and only get my nails done by Sandy so please.. go to Allure and get your nails done with Sandy. This nail salon is in a plaza which means it has free parking and a lot of it. Also the nail salon is always very clean and the staff is always friendly. I always free relaxed when I come here without feeling rushed. I said it once and I'll say it again go to Allure Nails now! read more

We came here and had an appointment for 5 pedicures (2 children's) at 12. First, the kids chairs are in a separate area from the adults. Second, they had 1 technician available for all 5 of us, it was chaos and if we had appointments, I expect to be serviced at around the same time, not one after the other. There was zero communication on what was going on, and when asked the staff was rude. I would not recommend this place at all, especially if you have young toddlers who also want a pedicure as they'll be in a separate area completely. Also, there were toenails clippings all over the floor so that was my final straw before walking out. read more

Just walked out of the nail salon and stepped in my car and I couldn't wait to post a review I just had the most amazing experience getting my nails done here and I found my new go-to nail salon they made my stiletto nails better than anybody else and my design came out perfect. I've been coming here for many years. Today was the last time. I made an appointment for my daughter and I to get mani/ pedis and the woman who did my nails left me soaking my feet while she took another customer right across from me! So rude! And I sat and waited for my daughter to finish her pedicure, ridiculous! Not interested in returning to a place that treats their customers (who tip well) like this. All done! read more

Whether or not you have an appointment or you are a walk in Allure spa does not respect your time nor do they have a time management. Waiting over a half hour TV scene when I had an appointment is outrageous. When I brought this up not one member of staff seem to care and even went as far as correcting my time keeping saying that I was late to my appointment which I was 10 minutes early. As far as the execution of nails it is inconsistent. I left without polish on my nails paid in full and still gave tip and I will never return. If I could give it zero stars I would. read more

Came here for a gel manicure. The woman who did it put it on kind of thick & made it look a little lumpy but I was okay with it. What I'm not okay with is that the polish started coming off literally THE NEXT DAY. Super disappointed. Not sure if it's the way she did it or they just have cheap polish. I'm giving it three stars b/c the ladies there were super nice to me. The woman who did my nails was friendly & introduced herself/welcomed me since this was my first time there. Had another woman named Melissa do my eyebrows. I'm usually super paranoid about random/new people doing my eyebrows but she did an awesome job! She talked to me throughout the whole waxing and even gave me a free hand/body lotion as I was leaving :-)! Additionally, the place itself is not only really pretty but super clean & sanitary; they put new liners in the pedicure tubs for each customer-I've never seen that before! They play super relaxing music too. They have two kid sized pedicure chairs, which I think is so cute. B/c they were so nice to me & also b/c this place is super convenient (three minutes away from my house!) I MIGHT go back & try them again for another gel manicure but we'll see. read more

First of all I went there may fifth 2022 I went there with friends because they suggested we go there then I quickly remembered why I stopped going there I got a pedicure that looks horrible I got a refill on my nails that looks equally horrible that I'm going to see my regular person on Monday and get my hands and my feet redone my friend spent $240 on three of us she went next door because the owner as she always does I suggest you pay with cash reason being so she can stay under the government's radar meaning the IRS she can lie about the cash she receives. She kept suggesting as my girlfriend said that she would pay with a card you give cash I give you discount. The three of us were so disgusted and totally unhappy that I would not go back and allow them to fix my nails or my feet because they're extremely rude. Our other friend was standing outside the door the woman who worked there was like oh you come in and sit down and wait for her like somebody was going to take off we're all professionals we don't need to take off and not pay our bills. So I highly suggest finding a different salon and do not go to Allure nails. Save yourself from getting Digusted like we all are. read more

This was my 4th time here. With so much competition I normally switch around but even though I don't have a set manicurist here I have never been disappointed with my dip& tip service. I have never left unhappy and I really appreciate every one of the girls customer service and skills. read more

The cleanest and friendliest salon I've been too in the Boston area. It's been hard to find a decent nail salon out here, so I never really go. Most places are not very clean and it feels like a farm with so many people being rushed, and who knows what tools have been cleaned. This place, however, was spotless! Liners in the pedicure tubs and new tools for each customer. My husband and I got standard pedicures ($28) that included all the bells and whistles and even the massage chairs were fantastic. I also had a gel manicure ($27) from Jenny which looks great. Very personable staff. I will definitely be back! They also had a sign outside today for 10% off all services (BONUS!). read more

Horrible. 38 $ for regular nails and 12 $ paint on the feet ... so 50 and it was regular nail color no gel Melissa the owner is very rude and unprofessional. I went to this establishment to do my nails and the owner "Melissa" tells me to go to Boston and do a cheaper job. To make matters worse, she begins to speak in her native language, speaking ill of me, I am sure between her and her co-workers. This place is not very well ventilated or well lit. I'm surprised by all of the positive reviews because when I went, it smelled strongly of chemicals and was just generally dark and dingy. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with waft of chemical odors. No thank you! With so many other options around, I would never go back here. read more

I've been going to Allure Nails and Spa for over 1 year. The salon gets super busy on the weekends. They offer a SPA pedicure for $35 dollars and it is totally worth it. The salon is very clean and they autoclave ( sterlize) their instruments. They really take their time, I never feel rushed here. The pedicure tubs are covered with plastic liners and they massage you for quite some time. With the spa pedicure comes a hot stone massage and they will even give you a cold or hot compress for your shoulders. read more

I will NEVER go back to this salon!!!! My daughter went to have her nails filled and the owner did her nails. She would do one and walk away and so something else and come back and do another one and this was the process for the rest of the nails. She made them too thin. With in hours the polish was peeling My daughter scratched her back and three of the nails broke. I called the owner this morning and let her know how upset we were (my daughter was in tears). Her response was she did nothing wrong. I asked for a refund and was told NO. She hung up on me!!! Really?????!! I called back and she said she wasn't going to argue in the phone. To come back and she would fix them. I will NEVER go back They totally lack customer service, owner is VERY RUDE IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING WOULD. read more
