How is Diana not on Yelp??…read more I love my lashes. The meticulous attention Diana gives is impeccable. She takes her time to ensure you are 100% satisfied before leaving. When she finished, she briefed me on how to care for them to last longer. Clean 2x a day to keep them from dirt and oil! ;) The time flew since we were chatting the whole time. I felt bad bc my eyes were getting watery at one point and I kept fluttering lol! Sorry!! But she was so professional and told me it's normal and why that might be happening. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares for her clients. Scheduling was very easy on her cute website. Her place is nestled at the back of a nail salon. Parking in the back of the shop. Her spot is so nice and inviting. It was very clean and cutely decorated!

I asked for a different color since the one I picked didn't match. The woman was annoyed she had to do her job and get a different color. The basket of plastic nail colors is hard to choose from and they rush you. I also noticed they are very friendly to their regular customers but if they don't know you, you're out of luck! It definitely went down hill with the new owners. I don't like being talked about because I didn't like the color I was paying for. I was polite and asked for a change before she even started. They weren't busy either! I apologized and they were still rude to me. I'll be going to another nail salon for now on.

I don't want to go in to that horrible place for them to ridicule me and embarrass me. i'm so fucking miserable and disappointed. they didn't even get rid of the residue as well. the one photo with a ring is the reference. please anyone looking at this don't go take this as a warning. wasted $60 not including tip

Like the reviews said, which is why I came, it was quick, not totally painless cause it is my first time, but she did a fantastic job. She used to be at quincy center, at the back of the skincare studio, but have moved to Braintree on the 2nd floor in the 1604 Salon & Spa. Just take the stairs right when you walk in to the left. Very comfortable room where they do the waxing- very clean. You can actually pay in card and tip as well which is very very convenient for me! Unfortunately, Braintree was a bit hard to for me to get to, but if you have a car or live in Braintree it's quite easy to get around. There's always some sort of parking behind the house.

Kathie is a brow /artist/!…read more I've been getting waxed for the last 4 years and have lived in 2 different states in that time. I can usually go at least 6-8 weeks without needing a wax with minimal tweezing maintenance in between. I seek expert help when I notice that my brows are slightly unsymmetrical in photos (see attached) and to the point that I don't know what to do to fix them. I recently moved to the Weymouth area and Kathie's proximity + glowing 5 star reviews suggested she'd be the right one to get me back on track. I requested an appointment here on Yelp and she responded within minutes giving me times to choose from. I saw her the next evening. It's never an easy feat when someone new is about to alter one of your most important facial features, but she made me feel comfortable right away by thoroughly explaining and showing via a mirror not only what she was going to do but also why. We also discussed my medical history that might affect the sensitivity of my skin. She brought out shape ideas that were hiding in my mismatched brows that open up my eyes and frame them even better than before. The result is attached, and I only fill them with powder. She's also very reasonably priced - the same as most waxing services I've gotten. Looking forward to radiating my renewed brow confidence and having Kathie maintain them.

I started going over the summer as a local Friend recommended and it was very close to my home…read more Given I am stuck at home because my daughters school is full remote I have a very limited schedule - more specially based around my husbands schedule. He has Monday's off and works the other 6 days. To make things easier, I book my next appointment at the previous appointment. It's a pedicure and eyebrow wax which is the only thing I indulge in. This past Monday I walk in 5 minutes past my appointment time to a women screaming at god knows who on the phone while massaging a customer during a pedicure (how relaxing) and wait an additional 5 minutes which I spend looking for a polish color. A man walks in behind me and asks if I have an appt which I tell him yes but she has not acknowledged me yet so I am just waiting. He then precedes to tell me she told him to come back in 20 minutes and he was a walk in. The women is clearly alone - no other staff. She then acknowledges both of us and said he is first! I said I had an appt at 2pm that I made last time and she said no you don't! Accused me of lying on top of it. She was the one that put it in the appt book! I said I really don't have time for this and this is my only time out of my house to do this (yes this is my situation)! She then is being super nasty and I say I am all set -thank you. She then precedes to come back at 4 (I have other errands not just this appt).I said no it's ok - I am all set. As I am walking out of the door she goes will you come back and I turn around and say nope never. I am absolutely disgusted at what I witnessed with her on the phone while the customer was being massaged and then accused of lying. That is just so nasty to me especially since people like me is how your business continues (appointments) since walk-ins aren't as lucrative during the pandemic. Also, a week prior I had recommended verbally to 2 friends to check them out. Sorry friends

She will look at your natural lashes and give you advice in what type of lashes will look best for you; she also listens to your request and incorporate it throughout the process. She gave me partial hybrid - which it looks amazing the way she places them on your lashes!!!! Basically if you are familiar with false lashes, Susana gave me the red cherry wispy lashes for my extension, except they look as if they are my real lashes - Very Pretty!!! I have slept on it overnight and it's super comfortable, unlike other extensions that I had done in the past, Susana nailed it! She makes sure each lash of the extension is not placed too close to the eyelid or touching the eyelid - she applies each lash precisely onto your own natural lash without being too close or touching the eyelid; that's what made it so comfortable for me. With the extension she designs for me, I feel glam & girly even without any makeup on. Susana is talented, she will make you look pretty! The boutique itself is chic, polished, super clean and very relaxing. Super hygiene throughout the whole process. She gave me a care bag to take home with, and explains how to clean and take care of my lashes before I leave the boutique. Parking is easy, her price is very reasonable!!!!! I have better experience with her than other popular lash bar in the Newton/Brookline/Back Bay area. I made my appointment via instant-chat on her website, it was very easy. She also do Lash tint & lash lift at a very good combo price! She is highly skilled when it comes to Lashes!
