This was my first time as a customer and I got a gel x manicure but after about 4 days I noticed my nails catching my hair when I showered, then 1 week later my nail popped off when simply using the remote. Then the next day another popped off when closing my car door. By the 10th day I was down to only 3 nails left. I called MiniLuxe on my day off. I work 7-7 as a nurse and they are closed before and after my shift. They advised me their work is only guaranteed for 7 days. She said she could offer me 20% off, but offered to contact her manager and see what she could offer. I agreed and she said she would call me back the following day. I never heard from her or the manager. The cost of this manicure is $100 which is significantly higher than other salons. I expected to get premium service at a premium price-- not work that only lasted 8-10 days. I would not recommend this salon for gel x or return for further services. The salon was very clean and staff were very friendly, but their prices and quality do not equate.
