Ive been going here forever for pedicures and always ALWAYS have a pleasant experience. Yes sometimes its busy and there is a long wait but booking an apt can easily solve that. Lee (the owner) works every day of the week, she is a crazy hard worker and her salon is great. All of the ladies there are kind, hard working people that consistently do a good job. My sister also goes here for her pedis, dip nails, and eyebrows. I'm writing today because I got tips and dip yesterday and I am so happy with them. Made an appt for Mani/ Pedi. It was the 1st time there. When I got there it was very busy with 2 ladies waiting, possibly because it was on the wkend. I was taken about 15 mins late, The man was my manicurist He did a good job on my pedicure but barely massaged my feet & calves. That's my favorite part of the pedicure so I was disappointed. I assume it was because it was so busy and people were waiting. The manicure was perfect and it's been over 3 days and no chips. Unfortunately with the lack of massage I won't be going back. I didn't complain about it, I jst didn't feel like it, and I honestly don't think He would have understood me. I guess I should have spoken to one of the women who would have understood but I was just not in the mood. The ladies working there all seemed super nice They were very friendly. I normally go to 2 other shops on the south shore that give amazing Long foot massages, but was in the area & wanted to check this place out. Last time I went they were very rude didn't say hi to my sister, friend, and I. We had an appointment for 6 and we weren't called to sit until 6:45. It was $45 for an acrylic set without tip, it was a plain color and the lady doing my nails didn't do ben do the correct coffin shape it looked more like a square. I didn't even hit my nail off Of anything but the next week I was already missing two nails! They didn't put them correctly and they can when I asked her to cut them shorter she didn't listen and kept them at a way to long length. I will never being going back they have one dollar sign symbol on their page but it should really be 4 symbols because they over charged and were rude. read more

I have been going there for almost a year now and can always depend on D'gala for an easy fast appointment on the same day I call. I discovered Mark a few months back and he is so good at his job. He does my nails perfectly to my specifications every time. His work is consistent and always looks great. I know when I go I can count on my nails looking great and the work he does last with no problems with breakage or chipping. He is perfect. This review is solely for the pedicure.. Came on a Monday morning when they first opened since I knew it would be more slow. Overall, it was a bit of a rushed experience. I would have preferred my cuticles/feet to be cleaned a bit more. It's not like there were any customers waiting. Overall, the paint job was decent,(i could live with it) but not much time/detail put into it...(rushed) looked pretty sloppy. However, I think it depends on who you get. Someone else came around the same time I did for a pedicure, and she had more attention/time given to her in terms of cleanup on the feet and massage. From beginning to end it was 20 minutes for my pedicure. Not exactly the relaxing morning pedi I had in mind. read more

whatever you do don't go here!!! my mom is calling the board of health on them because the lady tried to take off one of my old acrylics, was wripping/twisting my ACTUAL nail in doing so, my finger started gushing blood and not only did she not acknowledge it but she never cleaned it. she got it off eventually and proceeded to do the new acrylic on top of the blood. my nail is now infected and my whole finger is throbbing everyday three days later. not going back, re cycling the remains of my gift certificate as well. wish i could post a picture of my red, swollen, puss filled finger nail, but you probably wouldn't want to see it anyways. read more
