This used to be my favorite salon in town. Family owned and always gave great attention to detail and clearly proud of their work. I always call ahead to make an appointment which I did. We arrived 10 minutes early and they were clearly busy with a big group, so we waited. They sat us 15 minutes late. Again, they were busy - it is what it is. Then we finally get service, although they came to us while still finishing another customer - so unsure how much service we were actually going to get. I then requested our service which is one step up from the "normal" pedicure (I think they call it the cozy pedicure) and they had the audacity to say "how about next time, we're busy". Ummm no - we have appointments, you overbooked yourselves. That is not how you treat paying customers. I simply said "no we will leave" and I walked out with wet feet. I will never return. They lost a loyal customer today! Too many nail places around to receive that kind of treatment as a regular. read more

Just horrible nail salon. COCO Is so rude. Also they dunk your hand in a communal vat of wax.. haha so disgusting. Avoid this awful place.

Really like the aesthetic of this salon and it's nice and roomy. That's about all that's positive. I've been here two times for a pedicure and both times got infections in my big toe. The first time I thought maybe it's a fluke, I'll give them one more try. Again I got an infection with the second pedi by two different technicians. They don't have all that many colors to choose from on their wall, and after hearing the younger girl scream at a customer for a valid complaint she had and to get out of their salon, I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Such a positive experience this past weekend! The staff were extremely accommodating to our group of 7 ladies. They made sure to keep us all together, wheeling chairs around so we could chat to one another and were so kind the entire time. I couldn't say enough good things about this place until right before Christmas then my opinion of both the staff and service changed. I get holidays can be an overwhelming time for businesses especially nail and hair salons. With that being said, the behavior and attitude of the staff was unprofessional. 12/23 Multiple people complained about how rushed they were, nails weren't filed down smoothly or had a smudge and they refused to fix it stating the client had to come back the next day. There were 4 people who came in who had booked an appointment at 2:45 and by 3:30 not one of them was serviced so they left (who can blame them). They do not accept credit card tips (which I tend to avoid places that do this because I normally don't have cash) but the times I had gone before I had always had cash. This one time I didn't and the owner actually CALLED ME OUT on not tipping. I apologized but my service was not satisfactory and the person I was with nails weren't done right. Also, it was heard by multiple people from the owner saying "you can Venmo me multiple people say they are going to get cash and never come back" which is very awkward and again unprofessional. read more

This place is great if you love an amazing pedicure! It's pricey but absolutely worth it! A pedicure never lasted so long until I went here and I've been getting them for 20 years! The neck massage while you're drying is an extra bonus! The staff are all so nice and so accommodating. I hope they make it as I think not having a lower price point may hurt them when it comes to getting the young adult business. Tried this newish place out for the first time, absolutely love it! So clean and modern. Came at the end of the day for a pedicure but I didn't feel rushed at all. Very impressive to see the staff cleaning thoroughly at the end of the day. Excellent pedicure. Only wish was the hot stone massage would have been longer, HOWEVER, they made up for it with a hot towel massage of my back while my toes were drying!! Definitely pricer than my usual place, but worth it to me. read more

Just discovered that his place. My old "go to" place has been disappointing so gave this place a try. Loved they are open later than everyplace else (7:00 pm). Very clean. Quiet. A little pricey for pedi., but it was a full service (stones, towel, paraffin, etc.). The shoulder message was a nice touch. I will definitely go again. read more

UPDATE: your inability to take accountability is poor business. Just because you offer things other salons don't doesn't give you the right to be rude and condescending to your customers. Poor business & poor attitude towards the people paying for a service. I have the right to expect that my nails will last more than 5 days. I foresee more issues like this in your future read more

I went for my first visit to U1 spa nails and first loved the experience, the few minute massage, etc. I left saying I can't wait to go back again. I had a dip mani and also a pedi. After four days, one of my nails was cracked right in the middle of my nail. I have gone to another local nail salon for years and not once in all my visits has my nail cracked. Dip usually lasts anywhere from 2-3 weeks. I figured I would let it go where it was just cracked and did not break off. After a few more days half my nail was missing the dip. I stopped in and asked if they could fix. She pretty much blamed me for the crack. The owner fixed it but said she would need to charge me $10.00 to fix my nail. I had initially paid $88.00 for mani and pedi at least $20.00 more than my regular salon. Needless to say I was not happy paying an additional $10.00. It's a lovely place but poor Customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE TREATMENT. Called and made an appointment, was a few min early and looked as though they may have overbooked ‍ I was asked to chose a color and was yelled at for going to the wall of polish to look at the colors. Didn't stop there. A lifelong friend walked in with the same appointment time and was spoken to in the same rude manner . When we asked if she was ok she responded yes and continued with her pushy , nasty , aggressive and extremely rude attitude. I then asked who the manager was and she said it was her. I told her that myself and friend had very large families and many friends as our families have been summering in Marshfield for decades. I told her that we were insulted by her treatment and that we would be sure to spread the word not to go there. Her response was " I don't care...." . Not sure why she acted this was but I do know that it is her loss for losing what could have been some really great customers.... Really disappointing and very unexpected experience.
