I then requested our service which is one step up from the "normal" pedicure (I think they call it the cozy pedicure) and they had the audacity to say "how about next time, we're busy". Ummm no - we have appointments, you overbooked yourselves. That is not how you treat paying customers. I simply said "no we will leave" and I walked out with wet feet. I will never return.
