I had originally planned to go for the seasonal (upgraded) pedi, but was told they didn't have time for anything but the basic service. At first I was a little bummed (and confused why they wouldn't want to squeeze it in for more money--but respect the appointment aspect)... until I realized half of the "basic" service was spent in glorious hot stone massage and lotion massage treatment. Honestly? It was so relaxing, I might not bother upgrading next time. There were no drink offers--alcoholic or otherwise--which was a slight letdown since some salons offer that little extra touch. But I brought my water and a book, and once I settled in, it was smooth sailing. Overall, Havy delivered a solid experience with top-notch cleanliness and a great atmosphere. Just plan ahead, skip the walk-in gamble, and you'll be golden.

We walked in when we said we'd be there and every person working was taken doing someone's nails. I asked about how long and the guy said he didn't know and appointments would be going before us... we picked a color and waited and 10-20 minutes in 3 girls came in said they had an appointment and they took them before us meaning we weren't getting seen for at least an hour. Zara's was much nicer, with a nice smell of incense and very zen inside. They have 13 different ventilation zones compared to Vivian's one! I felt much safer there as a result. The foot bath and massage chair were wonderfully relaxing. The sisters were incredibly nice and did a great job on our pedis! They mentioned that there are companies that have offered to take down negative reviews on Yelp if they pay them $600-700. They've declined because they want to know what they need to do to improve. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend them!

I then requested our service which is one step up from the "normal" pedicure (I think they call it the cozy pedicure) and they had the audacity to say "how about next time, we're busy".
