Never painted the front edges, and got annoyed when I asked him to do so. I saw this last bit in a review that was "not recommended" by Yelp - not sure why, as it seems accurate. Nail tech spent plenty of time chatting with his colleagues, but never even asked if I liked the color... Overall, less than thrilled with the experience.

I had to wait which wasn't the problem since I know it's first come first serve. One of the lady's came over and grab the nail polish from me but put it on the cart for the pedicures not even with the person who was doing my nails. I typical don't like guys doing my nails but I was like "I give him a chance" since he looked fairly new from the last time I was in. Immediately regretted it do to him putting glue on the back on my nails which it did not get removed and makes the back look disgusting. He also didn't take all the nail polish off from the previous color. He almost made me bleed a couple different times. You can tell a lot of the equipment is very dirty. When it came to putting nail polish on my fingers they made me go to someone else. She was the same one to take the nail polish from and started to paint them with a different nail polish. Luckily my friend was there and spoke up for me. She even messed up one of my finger nails but I made her redo it. Horrible place and I will NEVER return. Last time I got my nails done by them was over a year ago. I stopped going due to them being horrible and I firgure they changed. Nope!! They got a lot worse. Lesson learned, never get your nails done in a mall!!

I also asked to have my nails done at the same time as my toes. Which, clearly takes two people and they did that right away. I was in and out and dried in an hour. It was also very affordable. $35 for a manicure and pedicure was not something I was complaining about. Overall, it's not the most amazing experience.
