Went once and wouldn't go back. I went to get my nails done and the nail color I picked was clearly way too old. The polish was chunky and dried up. The technician didn't even do a second coat of paint for my manicure and you could still see my nail under the polish. All for $40?? If that's how I wanted my nails to come out I would've just painted them myself. There are far better salons close by in neighboring towns. read more

Wow, I decided to give myself some self-care today and saw that Elegant Nails had some good reviews. I went in and was immediately greeted by a very friendly woman who got me set up quickly. The color selection was decent- I'll admit I wish there were a few more but not a huge deal. The man who did my full acrylic set was very quiet and nice, it was relaxing not to have to make awkward conversation the whole time although he was definitely nice. My nails are beautiful, and I am so pleased. Can't wait to come back for a fill and a new color! read more

I would give this nail salon no stars if I could. I mistakenly went here for a gel manicure as opposed to my regular place because it was close to work. I should have turned around and walked out when the place was empty on a Friday afternoon or when the only gel polishes they had were "gelish". The woman did such a sloppy job that the polish was streaky on my nail, she did not paint all the way down my nail bed, and polish was on my skin. Honestly it looked very amateur. When I expressed discontent she and her husband had the nerve to blame my nails while telling me that's how it's supposed to look. Never, ever again will they get my business. A total waste of $25 that I was asked to pay before my nails were painted which is unusual when receiving a gel manicure since the polish is completely dry by the time you are ready to leave! read more

Pros: my gel did not chip for three weeks (and that is rare!) and no wait time and no mindless chit-chat. Cons: color selection, or lack thereof. There were maybe 20 colors to choose from! There were bubbles in the paint... one or two is OK and understandable... but there were two or three per nail. read more

I use to go here all the time..and came back just because it was a convenient location. I got a color change on my toes and I remembered why I haven't been back in about a year..12 dollars before tip and nail polish on my Michael Kors flip flops was a great reminder. I'm giving one star also because I have to. I just got home from this place worst fill I have ever got in 20 years. The woman is rude, and does not even know how to use the Dremel tool. I wanted to warn all of the customers to walk out. Just happened to stop in because I need a fill. Will never walk in the place again. read more

I'm glad I tried it before i read the other reviews. I probably would have avoided it altogether. I live so close that I decided to give it a try. I got a gel manicuare & a spa pedicure for $50/ It was neat and glossy and lasted over 2 weeks. I can't speak for any of the other services, but as far as gel manis and for pedicures the place is great. Maybe they improved since the other reviews? I always have a hard time matching a toe color to the specialized gel colors, but they helped me out and picked a better match then I could have. I have been twice so far and happy with results every time. I am going there agian today and will update if necessary. read more

Despite the appearance of being a bit run down inside it was by far one of the best pedicures i've received. I got the basic pedicure and i was astonishing at how relaxing and nice the worker was. Super friendly service and they don't rush it at all unlike some other places i've been to. Will definitely return. read more

There hasn't been a review in a while. I do not understand why this place does not have five stars. I have been going here for about a year. There are three nail technicians. Each of them does an amazing job. I can go three weeks without my nails chipping. They are very nice and friendly.Also five dollars cheaper than other salons around. read more

had a change of polish on my toes and never even cut the nails and he told me they were dry they were not and hit the car door and smeared the polish and I just looked at all the toes and polish all over the place and they are a mess went there years ago and figured I would try again and still not happy maybe that's why no one was in there unhappy customer read more

Bad bad bad....just say no to going in for nail services here....worth the drive out of town for me vs tolerating the poor service here....I have NOTHING nice to say about this salon....the owners that bought the buisness in 2005 or 206 are just terrible....I did continue to use them for a while as I didnt want to pay Dimensions prices for a manicure (other nail option in town) but after the last visit, I will NEVER go back. They redid the polish 3 times and it was still too thick, wouldnt dry and my nails were covered with bubbles. The owner was rude, refused to refund me stating "I do over". I went home in tears as I was treated so badly. My husband went back and ask for a refund on my behalf and was told we never give refunds tell her to just come back and we will do it over again. He told them in no uncertain terms that I would never be returning nor would anyone we knew after I told them about the poor service I received. read more
