I never, ever refused to pay for my service. I paid the FULL AMOUNT OF $88.00. I said that I was "disappointed I was being charged full price for a service that was so bad and wasn't even complete" I spoke directly to you and made that very clear and when you just shrugged your shoulders and said "sorry" I said that's really disappointing and that you just lost a loyal customer....you shrugged your shoulders again and walked away. That doesn't show any type of sympathy that shows greediness. A dazzle dry mani pedi never takes over 2 hours, I've had many of them at Q Spa. The tech struggled through every step of the pedicure and manicure. You offered for someone else to finish my service and I said I need to be somewhere in 10 minutes (this was after being there much longer than the service typically takes) and you didn't respect or care for my time you insisted someone else paint my nails. I felt very pressured to stay. I will not be returning as a customer so the partial refund on a future visit does not satisfy or fix my previous experience. Once again, you want me to come in and spend more money to make the problem better, that will not be happening.

The location (look out to the Plymouth waterfront as you get your hair done!), service, and staff are fantastic. The salon is also very beautiful and CLEAN, which I appreciate. There are a number of services offered including hair, nails, make-up, waxes, and massages. All of them are done superbly and professionally. When you walk in, you are welcomed by a receptionist who promptly checks you in and guides you to the waiting area (the wait usually isn't long). Whether you decide to sit and flip through magazines or hair-styling books or browse the hair products that are available for purchase, the ambiance, decor, and natural lighting of the salon makes your time there pleasant and relaxing. Your hairdresser will then come greet you in the waiting room and walk you to the salon area, offering complimentary coffee or water to you. Everyone who works there is amiable, welcoming, and genuine. They make their clients feel pampered and comfortable, while maintaining professionalism. I like to read a book while getting my hair done, and my hairdresser (no matter who it is) always adapts to my preferences in conversation. They really take pride in creating the right atmosphere and experience for the client. The owner, Erin, also works frequently, allowing you to a put a face to the business. And she can do amazing things with a blowdryer. I've also seen lots of ladies leaving with cuts and colors from other 'dressers who look like they do a lovely job as well. Prices are what you'd expect for a foil and cut. They also have makeup and waxing etc services. And the girls who work there have agreed to come in to work at 6 (!!) AM on the morning of my wedding to do our hair (thanks!). Only trouble is you gotta book a bit in advance, especially for evenings, so Reflections isn't for procrastinators.
