I love the historical details of the facility. I have never felt so tall as I did in the rest rooms or using the stair rail. You have to be careful in the rest room as they are made for small people. The facial was absolutely wonderful. I was so rested when it was done. My esthetician was Susan and she was great. Lots of experience and asked good questions about my skin care regimen. I never felt pressure to buy lots of products or to purchase additional sessions. They offer a multitude of therapies, all of which I would love to try at some point. Conveniently located near Plymouth Center. There is not parking directly at the building, but lots of parking available at St. Peter's Church. Definitely a place to go to again.

She is awesome! I have curly hair, so I have a hard time finding a person who knows how to shape my hair. She does it perfect every time. I actually live in Boston, and still come back when I go to the cape to get her to cut my hair. I have gotten highlights -- they know how to choose the right shade to make it look natural. ALWAYS a plus. My sister had her hair died at anther salon and they completely FRIED it. My sister came to Aristocracys looking for some advice and help, and over time they helped bring her hair back to life. Eyebrows are great too. I have very sensitive skin -- so waxing usually pulls skin off. When Alyssa does it, I am fine after. My only complaint would be that it is a little more than I like to spend -- but compared to the other places I've had my hair cut.... it is worth the extra.

Also, if you genuinely did care about customers like you say in your response you could easily give me a phone call to discuss instead you post a response with false information. You only care about making yourself look like a good business owner. My appointment with Lily should have never been scheduled if she was going to be out of the country. I never, ever refused to pay for my service. I paid the FULL AMOUNT OF $88.00. I said that I was "disappointed I was being charged full price for a service that was so bad and wasn't even complete" I spoke directly to you and made that very clear and when you just shrugged your shoulders and said "sorry" I said that's really disappointing and that you just lost a loyal customer....you shrugged your shoulders again and walked away. That doesn't show any type of sympathy that shows greediness. A dazzle dry mani pedi never takes over 2 hours, I've had many of them at Q Spa. The tech struggled through every step of the pedicure and manicure. You offered for someone else to finish my service and I said I need to be somewhere in 10 minutes (this was after being there much longer than the service typically takes) and you didn't respect or care for my time you insisted someone else paint my nails. I felt very pressured to stay. I will not be returning as a customer so the partial refund on a future visit does not satisfy or fix my previous experience. Once again, you want me to come in and spend more money to make the problem better, that will not be happening.
