The texture is perfect creamy yet solid, dense yet somehow not too heavy. They are not overly sweetened or fake tasting like mass produced cheesecakes which rocks. The crust, mmmmm, perfection. For my money amaretto caramel, tiramisu and mocha macadamia are the way to go but really you cannot go wrong whatever you are craving. THEY ARE ALL SO DELICIOUS. My personal favorite is the Key Lime. It's really and truly key lime and not some bland, overly sweet lime flavoring.
