Unfortunately, the iPad has never worked the same since. It goes dark automatically/randomly for a second and I have to wiggle it to get it to turn back on. I have brought it back to Kimi twice - the first time he fiddled with the settings, restarted it - I was hopeful, but the problem persisted. The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. It is also a lot darker than it should be (even at the highest brightness setting). JUST BE AWARE: that it might ruin your ipad/iphone irreperably. At your own risk.

I even spoke to 2 tech people and still the issue was not resolved. I gave up on calling Verizon and decided to visit this location. Yomary had more knowledge then the Verizon technicians that I spoke with and she was able to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this location.

Honestly the wire never really worked properly. this weekend it stopped charging altogether. I went to the store this morning - and was assisted by a slower than slow person named Geronimo who couldn't find the original receipt in my account. When i got home i searched the emails and of course found the july receipt for $44.77 after spending $39.44 today for yet another charging wire. I went back to the store. Another person there told me they have a 30 day return policy . . . and, then asked why i was returning a faulty wire without a box???? really - why would i keep a box for 3 months. Its ridiculous and so of course i took everything back and left. I will contact Verizon customer service and leave a few more bad reviews.

We understand the main phone holder has to contact customer service, seek permission to switch over, then the new person to allow the new number be added into the plan. For some odd reason, out of a store of five employees. It's odd that we still needed to contact customer service separately when even if it is not up to them what is decided- they can still contact customer service because this is a particular task that should be done in the store. Before we came into the store, we saw they could help or else why would we come in. One employee did point us in the right direction. The girl we were originally speaking to, she wasn't listening to what we said and was too busy goofing off when she wasn't paying attention. At least we received an answer, she wasn't helpful. Guidance we needed, this should be solved at the store. It would be more convenient because we are all there for the same purpose to be on the same T- Mobile line.

He spent a lot of time with me going over all the promos, my options, etc. He ordered the phone for me and after a week the phone was ready. I went back and Michael did everything for me. He transferred my data, took care of my old phone, and I walked out with a brand new phone with all my data on it. A few weeks later I went back to Michael to upgrade my Dad's phone and the service was excellent as always! He took care of everything and since my Dad got an Iphone 11, they had more of those in stock so we walked out with a new phone within an hour.
