In all the years I have received massages, I have never had anyone be as accommodating as Michelle is with me. Besides her soothing and caring demeanor, she is strong and knowledgeable. We have great conversations, the times I don't fall asleep. One of the things she does that I greatly appreciate is that she changes the face pillow to a thicker cushion, so I am comfortable lying on my chest. It makes me feel special cause it's not easy lying on my stomach as a big-chested woman. After the massage, there is always the option to use the dry sauna. Offer that I happily take if I have the time. Cozy vibes all over, and everything is tidy and clean. I swear I levitate out of here each time. The place is never packed. Day of arrival we parked on the street (at a meter), not knowing the business has a parking lot behind the building for customers (manicurist shared with us during appt). That might have been worth mentioning Ms. Receptionist. The space looks small from the outside but inside is very spacious but dated; the Manicure Room is cute, but could use some updates as well. The nail color selection is limited and flat (none of the new stuff). The manicurist were great - took their time and polished well. Upon check out I presented both cards, one for my mom to use and one for myself. The reception said they didn't take Spa Week, I told her when I called the receptionist said they did. Whatevs, but I know what I was told. On my second visit (2 weeks later), I booked a mani and pedi, but the manicurist I booked with was no longer employed there, so I was very surprised because I wasn't notified. The new girl was good too, so I was satisfied, but normally a call with the option to keep or cancel appointment is my practice. The business sends frequent email blasts that let you know about specials and pricing, which the prices have spiked, as of April. A regular manicure will now cost $30, color gel mani $55, basic pedi $55. These new prices will determine the frequency of my visits.

I was arriving a bit late due to heavy traffic, but Stefanie was very accommodating and they still honored my hour service, even with me being tardy. Nelly performed my service and she was great! She is very kind and gentle! She explained the process to me and I felt amazing afterwards and so did my skin! All in all the stylist was very kind and friendly. She did a very good job and they did offer me coffee/tea during the treatment. All in all, it was a summer adventure, but I do not like the effect the treatment had on my hair so I would not do it again. While checking out, they did offer a comprehensive package as a new client that includes a facial, a massage and a blowout for $180 but I declined.

It took about an hour for the whole thing and cost $45, not including the tip. I really enjoyed my experience and everyone should have a slushy pedicure in their lifetime. Idk how I would make up or lie about being told that? But it definitely is not MY fault that I was informed incorrectly by YOUR staff. I'm the customer that is giving my money and I drove all the way over there on a Sunday to be turned away. I didn't even bother using my tanning session that girl was just awful I wanted to leave. I just moved to this area and will be looking for a different tanning place now. So disappointing.
