The customer service honestly stood out to me, especially for a casual fried chicken spot, and it made me like the place even more. The food was also really good. I'd probably go with mild next time, so just keep that in mind if you're sensitive to heat. The beer battered fries were exactly my kind of fries, and I really loved their special sauce. So many places have a "special sauce" that basically tastes like some variation of Big Mac or In N Out sauce, but theirs actually tasted different and had something unique about it.
