Upon arrival, there was ample parking and everything was very clean. The woman that helped us that night was great. Always checking on us and not a drink was empty that entire night. That's a rare find! I was having a craving for tuna salad, so I went with their tuna salad club with sliced hard boiled eggs. Add a cup of gravy on the side to dip my fries in and this totally satisfied that craving. Everything was fresh and you got the perfect portion. Lastly, there was 5 of us and the bill came to about $100. That's unheard of for a solid dinner nowadays. Today we got a breakfast sandwich for my partner who recently had surgery so we asked to get his sandwich Panini press to make it easier for him to bite and they did just that and the sweet woman at the front even checked to make sure they did. This one pound mozzarella stick definitely fulfilled that criteria. It was so gigantic it was almost like getting a workout in just to lift it. The outside was heavily breaded with bread crumbs and the top was sprinkled with parmesan cheese and chopped scallions. Even the dipping cup was supersized to accommodate the diameter of the stick! Typically, I would have posted until after my I finished my oversized food compilation project. However, it's being posted early because The Brookdale is permanently closing its doors.
