Eating feelings was the name of the game when i visited HOE :-). The service and the food was great. The mimosas were my favorite. It was slightly noisy with a great vibe.

Back again to enjoy omelet , fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. My first weekend visit and is this place busy!! Though good service and food.

Fun cheerful and inviting. Women's restroom priority in hall (a personal fave of mine!) Affordable beverages and creative coffees. Food was tasty and quick. Never seen such creative mimosa and bloody offerings! AND a chain?! Too bad it's not in Michigan and we will just need to visit again.

Service was excellent! But the egg was not cooked over easy. The white still had liquid and the turkey gravy had an off taste. The biscuit was good. The Vietnamese Cold brew was delicious! The waiter was super nice and took the charge off the bill so we tipped him the total bill and not for just the coffee. He was really kind. Would recommend scramblers across the way if in the area.

Had a wonderful staff lunch here on my first visit here. Winfield took great care of us and all the food came out quick. Lots of fun breakfast and lunch menu items to consider. I had the Chi-Chi's omelette and it had great flavor. Lots of seating throughout. Will be back!

First time here, from out of town but would be back. Service was great. Only issue was the chicken was definitely fried too hard or "overdone". Good vibe for a chill Sunday brunch.

Hang Over Easy is a fun take on a retro diner with a fresh take on brunch/lunch classics. This was my second time dining here and I have continued to be impressed. This trips highlights were the BEC (breakfast sandwich) and Breakfast Tacos. My friend also got a bloody mary which he was very good. The service is quick, staff have always been super friendly, and they're good about turning around tables. The only reason for not a perfect experience is that the menu is priced at a premium and the potatoes that come with most breakfast dishes aren't my favorite. They could strongly benefit from some herbs or seasoning. Overall, these things wouldn't deter me from going back to enjoy some good brunch!

Breakfast is undoubtedly my favorite meal, and while I'm happy with Bob Evans, I'm always looking for new flavors and ideas to present themselves to me in the morning. And to that, while serving up generally traditional and familiar breakfast items, HOE offers them with a twist, which I greatly appreciate. The mushroom omelet with mushroom gravy is a surprise variation on a classic dish, something vegetarians and carnivores will both enjoy. It could benefit from extra cheese, but the flavors were excellent, and paired nicely with the sourdough toast. And even though $5 for one pattie of sausage is extremely overpriced, it was in fact, very delicious sausage. Building on the twisted idea, a fried chicken sandwich is pretty common these days, but HOE's Korean version is quite awesome, with really nice textures and some great dill pickles. Not what you'd expect from a cheeky diner-inspired restaurant, but truly welcomed. The atmosphere could use a little work, feeling very much a part of an outdoor shopping center, and not as much the 'campy' breakfast joint they are aiming for, but the menu and friendly service (shout out to Jordan) make up for it. Food comes out fast, and while it's SUPER loud, you'll be more than distracted by the food to notice. A little hard to find (don't trust your GPS), I would say HOE is worth at least one visit to Perrysburg, and if they ever decide to open in Toledo, we'd probably visit quite often.

What an amazing breakfast place! Super cool. Andrew was our server and answered all of our questions. The food was great, the chorizo gravy was amazing!!!! I have never had gravy like that before. Stop by and check the place out!

Sloppy seconds...Sweet potato tater tots, very tasty and hot! Not cold! I tried the dip which was on the side.

The food was amazing. Looking forward to the frog eyes next year! We will definitely be back! We stayed at the garden Inn and instead of the buffet breakfast that they usually have at Hilton, which is pretty good we decided to come here because the reviews were epic! Well, Julia our waitress was epic as well. My coffee stayed hot and full, and the food was absolutely delicious And the decorations and the stories along the wall are fantastic. All Ohio. This destination, hangover easy, puts Perrysburg on the map for us.

Its a gimmick. I personally love gimmicks. This is an adult type place. Initials are HOE so they got hoe fries, hoe this and other subtle adult type names for the food Now I'm kind of glad we got our food to go. Interior reminds me of a school cafeteria and way loud. When I walked in to get my to go order 3 folks were behind the counter. Just looked at me. No greeting, nada. I smiled anyway because that's what I do and asked for my to go order. Came out pretty fast. Order placed online at their website Got home and my baby ate his stuff right away. I think it was called a hot mess. I'm probably wrong lol but it was basically a breakfast sandwich on a donut with fried potatoes. I got chicken n waffles. The 3 stars are because he liked his. I didn't like mine at all. How can u mess up a waffle? Yuck. Too doughy and the chicken was dry. They gave you some sauce to go with it. One looked like butter. The other one? I have no idea So I have no interest in going back but $28 for a to go is not bad. They kept trying to sneak a 18% tip in there for a to go order that I had to pick up. I don't appreciate that. But check it out. My baby says the HOE fries are good

I love going out to breakfast, and this place does not disappoint. I did have to wait for a table, but the food and service are very good.

All of the food was amazing, but hands down the table favorite was honestly the whipped feta. It's what dreams are made of! It had a slightly spicy oil topper, and delicious crostini! The only note I would give, is that the bacon appetizer really needs to come with a steak knife for sharing. It was a little too hard to cut with just the butter knife. Steaks and sides are all prepared perfectly, the button mushrooms were a hit as well. I would completely recommend this restaurant to anyone, and will return again if I'm back in the area.

They did absolutely nothing wrong, but in the end, our mealnsits above average. The first thing is the food. The portions are not huge, but that's okay at an expensive place. My ribeye was cooked exactly medium rare and was a nice cut of meat. However, it was drowning in butter and was just too salty for the meat to shine through. A good steak, but not great and maybe not even very good. My wife's scallops were very good and came with a great corn relish underneath. The sides must be ordered separately. We got the mashed potatoes and those were absolutely excellent-- probably also too much butter, but that just makes potatoes better. We got the feta appetizer and that was good, but very thick in our mouths. My wife had the leftovers for lunch and found it better as it's own meal The service was simply great. They knew we wouldn't finish the feta and had it boxed and bagged with extra toast before we were done with our entrees. Nice, attentive, detailed. We both looked at the cocktails and wines and saw nothing that interested us. We're not big drinkers, but were surprised. Usually an expensive place has something for us. The tables are very large. We were on a date, but we felt too far to have an intimate conversation. My wife skipped a few topics because it felt too public to talk about them. I do not disagree with paying a lot for exceptional food. I came in expecting to drop $200 on dinner. I wanted to wine and dine my lovely wife. But Benchmark was not exceptional. It was above average. And when I'm trying to decide between 3 and 4 stars, feeling as though it's not worth the price makes me drop to 3. It would have been 4 stars at $100 or maybe $150.

Can't hardly find that anymore. So we had two rounds of beer each and got two appetizers. I spinach dip and some pepperoni egg rolls. Both were actually really good. Spinach dip could use some more seasoning but that just seems to be the case almost everywhere anymore. Food came out fast and was delivered hot. Beer was Ice cold. It's kind of a small spot so you're either going to sit at the bar or at one of the few tables that are around the bar area. Lots of TVs around the bar. $31 for both of us. I do recommend.

We decided to take a chance on trying Perrysburger's in downtown Perrysburg beacuse it was later in the afternoon. I had been there a few times several years ago not long after this eatery opened their doors. We were immediately seated and while we were looking over the menus, all the other tables were subsequently filled and a line began to develop. We timed our visit perfectly! We ordered Fungus Amongus and Let's Brie Friends burgers along with the unending fries. Small restaurant with only a handful of tables, one server, and the grill chef - that's it. Burgers were well seasoned and good tasting. In my opinion, these burgers were on the medium-well side of the spectrum, so a bit over done for me. The fries = yum! Reminded me of a shoestring type version of Berardi's in Sandusky Ohio. These fries were nicely seasoned and done to what I would call, perfection! Even with every tabled filled and a line of hungry patrons, the food did not take an inordinate amount time to be served. Impulse purchase homemade cookies were located at the register. We obliged and purchases one of each flavor - choc chunk and oatmeal with butterscotch and walnuts.
