I was told they usually come to the facility within a few days to do the evaluation/fitting. However, after a week and despite multiple calls to them from the facility they didn't show and I was discharged home with an old sub-optimal orthotic. I finally got a hold of them and my initial evaluation from Mike was professional. However the other business workflow and staff were very poor. It took them more than a month to get my orthotic and when they did it sat on their shelves for a week and they forgot to call me. Then on the date of my follow up fitting they said they needed a more detailed order from my doctor. I would have appreciated longer notice. I was also accidentally hung up on or transferred to the wrong numbers by their front desk staff. Overall, the service was slow and not professional in my opinion. I'm also in the health care field and would not recommend them to any of our patients. I would recommend you make the trip into Austin for any future orthotic needs and avoid this business.

The pain was pulsing through my foot before I even managed to get home. When I showed up for the follow-up this morning, (two weeks later) no one there. Yesterday I basically doubled the mileage on some trails and tackled my first blue trail. Well this morning I went from bothering to barely getting my shoe on. I knew DOC did a flat rate of $350 for uninsured, so I tried to book online. Earliest appt was tomorrow at noon, but the site said walk ins always welcome. Soooo I walked in right when they opened at 10. I paid $350, and filled out some iPad questionnaires. I may have waited a total of 20-30 minutes before I was called back for x- rays. Then I was met by a cool young lady named Cedie. She explained to me what she was going to need to do, and the PA was basically gonna have to do the same thing.... lots of pulling and twisting on the knee. She did her thing, very professional, (totally surprised me finding out she was a student), and knowledgeable. Now comes Nicole... the PA. She was also super cool and very knowledgeable! She pulled a little harder, twisted a little harder, and narrowed it down to my meniscus. She went over a couple of options- one was a steroid injection and let me know this was not something she would recommend on a regular basis due to the long term effects. The other was a PRP injection- basically trading some of my blood, spinning it around to separate some shit, then injecting the blood into my knee. I opted for the steroid first since I have no chronic knee issues. Oh and she gave me a brave to wear! So from the staff in the front to Nicole and Cedie in the back... everyone was great! With no appointment I walked in at 10, and I was out by 11:30. $350 paid for everything! Thank you Nicole and Cedie!

When we called to cancel, they stated no problem and took care of it. A month later we went in for a separate issue, they made no mention of any cancellation fee from the previous appointment. We came in again for a follow up and they stated we owed money per their cancellation policy. First off, we had booked that appointment and cancelled all in under 12 hours with no clue of the fee. When we called to cancel, they said nothing of it. They stated the manager would remove it for us and we moved on. Came in for a final follow up only to be told we owed money again. When I told them we were told the manager would remove it, they said she said she tried calling us but we hung up and she called twice more. My wife never got a call or a voicemail from them. They then refused to allow us to take our current appointment unless we paid it, then stated the manager was off till Monday. The level of service provided was horrible and for a manager to lie about contacting us is just unacceptable. We spent thousands of dollars with this company, yet they are refusing us service over a freaking cancellation fee for something done in under 12 hours and no warning. To me this place just wants the cheap money and to take advantage of people. I highly recommend taking your money to CareNow which offers the same services but put the customer first.
