This experience was terrible all around. The technician didn't even introduce himself when he…read morearrived and it went downhill from there. It took him an hour before we could remove my current mounted tv. I was the one who figured out how it came off and did most of the work to get it off. He then measured wrong and we had to remove the tv so he could fix it. Except he couldn't get his hands in back to release the mount, so I had to do it again. Along the way the mount was damaged and an HDMI cable that I had snaked through the wall was also damaged. He then blamed me for the damage. He had to install another mount that I didnt want and he measured wrong TWICE on that one. Three hours later it was one of the worst experiences hiring help I've ever had. I called the office and explained my frustration. They said the best they could do was not charge me for the additional mounting bracket. I can't believe I had to pay for any of it as I had to do a good portion of the install myself. I would have been better off getting a buddy to help me. Stay far away from this company. Their people don't know what they are doing and their customer service is terrible.

The speakers weren't working properly, the Bluetooth was disconnected, and despite my best efforts, I couldn't figure it out. Devin was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. He immediately understood the setup, diagnosed the problems, and methodically got everything back up and running. He reset both my old-school box TV in the living room (and got the speakers working off it again) and also reconnected the Bluetooth system. In the bedroom, he even replaced a faulty cable and reconfigured everything so it all works perfectly now. These are high-quality older systems that I didn't want to replace, and thanks to Devin's expertise, they're now performing better than they ever have. The case number is listed below in the county it was filed. Devon Perry is a young business owner that does not honor his promises. He did three projects in our house and never completed any of them, nor did he return a deposit of $750 for a project that could not be completed in our 20 year old house. He referred us to his friend Isaiah to complete this job who told us the equipment would not work and advised against it. Devon is now referring to him as someone I hired who could not do a good job and takes no responsibility for recommending equipment that failed. We worked diligently trying to get him to do the right thing and he ignored us, was rude and refused to return our money. My husband and I finally posted reviews of his theft and poor service. He responded saying I have mental and drug issues. Further, he threatened both of us...."I know where you live...karma is a bitch". We have reported him to the local police and are posting here in case he is foolish enough to bring harm to our house, Do not hire Devon unless you want to deal with a very disturbed young man who has no desire to treat his customers fairly and is merely in it for the money regardless of how he treats people.

I contacted Hello Tech to find out where my tech was. Got a lame excuse. Then they told me the tech would be there the next day at 1PM and would contact me prior to arriving. at 12:40 I called because I had not heard from the tech. He then texted me and said the appt was at 5 pm. Each time you call, they as for your name, address, telephone number and email address. Today I called to get a receipt to get reimbursed by my company and they are now saying I gave them the wrong email address. Absolutely ridiculous! They emailed me a few times and I received their emails. Now they have no record of me. Needless to say, they have no record of my account albeit, they charged my account $100. They didn't try to help at all, just kept repeating that they don't have my email address on file. If you need the headache, then deal with them. I personally will call someone else in the future! I don't want to give them a star at all but looks like I need to.
