Afterward they changed my meter box to some huge monstrosity saying it had to be done per code, and then only installed a 100 amp service disconnect saying that's all the power we had to the house per CORE electric. Then when the electrician was done he left his trash all in my yard. 2 months later CORE electric was at my house and I asked them about the work. The lineman from CORE told me I didn't need a new meter box and that the service was fine for a 200 amp service disconnect. This company will swindle you and lie to you to get you to pay more. The work they do is also subpar at best and now I have to go hire another electrician and spend more money to fix what they made wrong in the first place. Stay FAR AWAY from this company!

I recently did a remodel on my home's kitchen. I used a general contractor but he didn't do…read moreelectrical work, nor would he sub, so I had to find an electrician to install outlets, under cabinet lights and a chandalier. After reading the glowing reviews, I requested a quote from S&E along with three other electricians I found. S&E was not only very professional and courteous but also reasonably priced. Two other electricians insisted that I had to replace my whole panel, which made their quotes over double my budget. The other electrician refused to wear a mask (This remodel was during the worst of the pandemic and S&E wore masks the entire time). S&E did a beautiful job and they were flexible with our changing schedule; even working weekends to help accommodate us, and they also did a couple small side-projects (installing a new GFCI outlet on my deck and replacing an outdoor flood light) I'd been wanting to do for a while. Unlike the pretentious attitudes I encountered with the other electricians, Steven and Esteban are really down-to-earth, nice people. Remodeling a kitchen is such a stressful experience but working with S&E was the easiest part of the whole project (I literally had problems with everyone else... roofer, GC, light, cabinet and flooring suppliers, countertop installers, appliances, etc.). The chandelier replacement was a tough process because it had to be moved a few inches to re-center it in our dining room. They worked on it for a long time to make sure it looked perfect.
