It was very convenient to have everything done around the house! Our garage door switch within the house was broken and he was able to easily rewire everything to make within a few minutes. Then we had a job for in the backyard where our patio shade was dilapidated and molded after being exposed to rain/sun damage for the past 25+ years. We did not plan on fixing it that same day, but since it was such an eye soar and the garage door fix was so fast we were intrigued. Danny said he could get it done within a couple hours after getting the proper material and for not much more -- we thought MIGHT AS WELL! Like he said Danny said he got out patio shade fixed within a couple hours. He sanded down the frame to level it out, went to the hardware store, got everything cut within our backyard, & cleaned up everything within a couple hours. Overall, Danny was very efficient, reasonable in price, and fast. We were very happy with his work and we'll definitely hire him again for more work around our old house.

But the fact is he walked off the job before it was done, and this was after he blew up at us about a flooring question we had. Not only was this disappointing, but very unprofessional. This put us in a very tight spot to find people to complete the job before our tenants moved in 2 days later. The work was okay up until the very end when you need a seasoned professional to complete the job (install baseboard trim, caulk bathroom sinks, install lighting fixtures, see the attached photos for reference). It seemed to us that Danny took on a lot more than he was prepared for and when we were in the home stretch, he just quit. Danny might be a good handyman for small, short-term household fixes. But if you're looking to do anything larger than that, you'll want to find a true professional who stands by their work and is committed to the very end of the project.

In our most recent move, he came over FOUR times to help with all aspects of the apartment including (1) mounting both our TVs in one day, (2) installing a light fixture and coming back to help put in a smart switch as the outlet installed by LL was not up to code and floor level; (3) fixing our bedroom curtains which were installed too close to the window so had to drill through concrete ceiling to reinstall. His prices are very reasonable and great value. He hasn't changed his prices since 2018. He is the best. Marlon came to move an upstairs air conditioner to the first floor but discovered it would not fit in the window. Marlon offered some possible options. No charge for the visit even though I wanted to at least give him some gas money. I ordered a unit from the appliance store but they could not deliver for 2 days so I knew 2 tough, hot days were coming. I let Marlon know the situation and he offered to go pick up the unit at the store and install it the same day instead. I canceled the delivery immediately. As promised, Marlon came and did a quick installation, perfect job. As always the price was very fair.
